      Hi Carol! First off - welcome to watercolor! The beginner phase is one of the most exciting with so much to explore! I am new to youtube so I will be doing a couple more of this series! This is also a way for me to study flower shapes better 😀 I m glad this video was helpful for you!

    This is beautiful. The trouble I have is learning how to twist my wrist and brush the way you do. Should I just watch the way you do it?

    Thank you for sharing your knowledge and talent. This is my first time to see your work, and I really appreciate that it's a 'tutorial', not just a 'demonstration'. You're a good instructor. I ask you to please consider having the volume of the music much lower for future vids. The music was pleasant, but often overpowering you. It's you we want to hear! :-) Lovely work.

    • @brushmovement
      @brushmovement  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I am thankful for your thoughtful insight and also - taken your words into consideration so my latest video you will see the difference with the music part. I am glad the tutorial was helpful!

    I just caught this replay. But I wish you explain what you are doing a little clearer. I never know where the paintings are headed exactly. So I end up with blobs and no definition cause my paint has already dried. So frustrating. Sorry.

  • @jesmarluk6635
    @jesmarluk6635 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Very nice. Thank you so much. A suggestion: maybe no music or very low in volume music. It's hard to hear you and distracting for the importance of your words.

    • @brushmovement
      @brushmovement  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great suggestion! Thanks for bringing it up.tbis was one of my first youtube videos and I was exploring background music but now my current tutorials all don't have music so u can hear me :) 😀

  • @mebythesea5
    @mebythesea5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Lovely to watch! 🌹 I wish the music was more gentle….It drowns out your voice (for me) and is too overpowering. I needed to turn sound off and just watch. Thank you, though!
