- I have loved this piece since I first heard it but only decided to learn it a few days ago. It was definitely a tough one to nail! Far from perfect and there most likely are mistakes but had fun recording and filming this.
I decided to pair my guitar with a harpsichord, mainly because I'm a sucker for the sound and I thought it would sound kewl.

Spent basically all day learning about 20s of this at half the speed. An insane performance.
Great tone. Ever single expression, and sustain is perfectly executed, we can hear every note clearly. Really underrated. Like and comment people, let that shitty youtube algorithm know this is "engaging" content.
Earned a subscription with one video, amazing. Also thank you incredibly much for not having an intro or credits it makes this perfect for a playlist. I'll defenetly show this song to my freinds
Thank you so much, I appreciate it! 🙏
the harpsichord and guitar playing together is so cooool
As someone who was a massive power metal junkie growing up; I'm well aware 😉
This come from a man who thought distortion is a technique🤟great play dude
Thank you! 🙏
Hahahah i came here from the same comment on that distortion video! Dude kicks ass Maslmsteen level stuff! Holy shit bruh! Dayum!

Wow!

Great playing!
Best cover 🎉
I like the idea of combining electric with acoustic sounds for this piece.
Where's the acoustic? Did you meną harpsichord?
Phenomenal, dude
Идеально, значит божественно.❤
Flawless performance sir! Bravo.
Thanks! 🙏
Found You a while ago on the neural dsp subreddit, then today I looked up "plini 7 string" and I found your channel, I really enjoy your videos, and the tone is just 🤤

Not at midnight, it was more like 3pm!
@@SausageFingers1 3 pm hum?.... I´ll keep an eye on the crossroads near me 😁... For now I´ll subscribe to your channel.....probably better !
Just discovered this.
Beautiful, pleasing, mellow distortion, not a mess.
Beautiful synth in the background.
Beautiful pace.
Aaah... A pleasure!! Wanting to hear more from you in this style!
Thank you Guillermo! Happy you liked my video!
I might do some more classical pieces in the future, in the meantime you can check out my original music if you feel like it:

@@SausageFingers1 i hope you do soon and many, there is not much in really fine classical music renditions and examples like these or say Paul Gilbert's kick a ton of ass!
Queen of the night please. 😊 I love your playing.
Hell to the fuckin yeah. Amazing
Really inspiring. Did you work it out by notes or ears or do you have the Tabs by any chance? I've found a few Tabs around the internet but nothing with similar fingering. Just got a Strandberg Prog 7 myself and loving it.
I subscribed 😊
ni una sola nota mal, que idolo
This is so beautiful and so well executed. Do you happen to have a tab transcription? I would gladly pay for it.
Thanks! As a matter of fact I do have a tab for this. I'll drop a link here when I get on the computer tomorrow.
@@SausageFingers1 That's awesome, thanks!

If this guy practiced, he could be really good!
Amazing!
Wonder how this might sound by someone with your talent, on nylon strings, for that harpsichord sound with more control over dynamics?
👍👍👍👍
Perfect finger positioning.
No flying fingers, awesomeness!
Easier on the piano, this piece is.
damn good job
Thank you!
Gorgeous playing ! Also I love that Strandberg ! Are they fishman active pickups?
You've got excellent technique, may I ask how long it took to learn for you?
I'm learning it really slowly and just curious how long it might take to get up to speed.
Very inspiring ! :) keep it up :D
Incredible playing man ! I love it 😍
Do you know if it’s possible to play this piece only using alternate picking ?
From my experience learning this piece, it is possible to play most sections alternate picked smoothly when using two way pick slanting. A couple of the phrases are much easier to sweep though.
Kinda jelly, this was one piece I always struggled with even before my injuries. This particular rendition is also extremely clean and consistent, most vids of it are sloppy (still incredible just different)
Was the extra string very important in keeping some of the arpeggios and large jumps from "needing" something like tapping?
Sausage Fingers 🤣 👍 great performance
Speechless!! :) Great playing! How do you like the Strandberg 7 Original?
Thank you! I love it, I have zero complaints. Plays effortlessly, sounds awesome and the ergonomics are perfect for me.
Harpsichord type extra voice
Michael Romeo of Symphony X incorporates this into Damnation Game. Super cool hearing the original though!
Also do you have tabs for this? I’d love to try it out
Superb playing! I have to ask you about the harpischord effect. Are you using the plugin while playing live, or is it put over the recorded track afterwards?
Thanks! The harpsichord is a separate midi track, I used Cinesamples CineHarpsichord for the sound. Then recorded guitar over that.
@@SausageFingers1 Got it! Thank you for the fast reply!
good,i have the smiliar guitar, but not as your abilities,,uh,that is so hard one!
hey do you still have tabs maybe? btw, one of the coolest covers
Behold the cleanest 10 Sausage Fingers known to sentient Life. 👐
Nice!, Do u have the backingtrack?
Fanfuckingtastic.
first .. RESPECT .. great stuff ... I have a question ... I am thinking about buying this Strandberg Standard... now I wanted to ask how much/weak this guitar is out of tune ....
完全不明白为什么算法会给我推荐这个
不过 弹得真好~
when you love rock but your parents are asain
May I ask which guitar pick you're using?
Dunlop Tortex Flow 1.5mm!
@@SausageFingers1 Thank you! Loved your cover :)
