- Hey guys, so FINALLY a new edit and actually my first Supergirl edit since December. I know it's been a while we've been super busy with University which is finishing up this month so I'm hoping there's more time, but you know life is busy sometimes.

The bond that they have is so special and beautiful, so pure and strong; I think their relationship is the core of the show and I hope to see more of them in the next season.

I am rewatching the episodes of Grey´s Anatomy right now on Amazon where Chyler was in it. I cant belive I didnt recognize Alex first that she was Lexi. The name Chyler Leigh only sounded familier it took me forever to figure out where I do know her from. She was on Grey´s Anatomy my fav character also on Supergir now. Great Video.

Your stories in video format are always stunning, ItsATwinThing! These sisterly videos are truly spectacular; of course, Alex didn't grasp the value babysitting Kara would generate as "social currency in romance" for her, especially among any worthwhile guys! Think about it: if I have a girlfriend who has to take care of her younger sibling, say from a foreign country, so she's hampered in regards to a date, that's only going to make me fall in love with her more, due to seeing her integrity and character, and I wasn't too different at eighteen or high school days either in that regard!
It actually made her more attractive on some deep down seemingly biological level when you think about it!
These sibling videos you make are always worth watching, and believe me, I've found untold moral benefit from watching these episodes, especially regarding the dramas in her adoptive family- which is a PDF (Profoundly Dysfunctional Family)- think about it: her uncle tried to kill her stepsister, her stepdad tried to kill her, her sister dates girls, and she's kind of crass at times, almost all of them are messed up when you think about it... but that may be why they're bondable to us, we tend to bond with those who're flawed in ways we can relate to.
Now, if you consider a true real-world evil alien that might indeed come into play, most likely indirectly, that's terrifying when you factor in that some people have similar temptations, almost by the random messed-up nature of original sin- to the evil spirit of whom I refer to, that's terrifyingly scary, but that's for me to deal with, and thankfully I've got relatives by adoption who're able to handle that monster's influence, so that gives me hope. Just as they had to deal with Kara's evil uncle using a mind-control device that manipulated Alex into attempting soricide (murder of one's sister)- Non was a mess! So it is that the theological virtues do provide aid in time of need.
Amazing what'll bring you back to moral mindsets, isn't it?
Lovely video about family bonds, and yes, anybody who marries either stepsister winds up with a sister via marriage- marriage is not merely a union between two people in a sacrament, it is more than that, every relative of either partner in the matrimony winds up with at least one additional kin via that celebration!
I get why Alex would *want* to marry, but in her type of relationship, she can't... loving is another matter, and to her, I'd say "Who says you can't *love* another woman? Honestly, but love between two women is very akin to what you show with regard to Kara..." that kind of message, to try to get her into morality- as for me, I've got other problems, but boy am I thankful her character is tempted like that. Sounds mean, doesn't it- using them like that? Well, frankly, she's naturally equipped to handle her temptations, same with everybody else by the way, so really, all it takes is to "rally" around her and see her as I'm called to: much similar to how Kara would see her, an adopted sibling, and love her in that manner- that's why I'm thankful for that. Plus she's fictional, so if I do mess up and hurt her, well, she's a fictional girl, so really the damage is far reduced, as opposed to if I harm a real-world girl... that's much worse, because the damage is worse.
Does that make sense to you as far as why I like this touch and character? I hope so.

Yes, I do, I really do... also, addendum, and this I'd write as a PM to *you* on this site, if I were able to do so since they seem to have redone the site some years ago- after that I kind of haven't been able to do that since, but anyways... if you want a sample in what might be mythology for what I am and what my goals are, this might help as to why I go for these stories: I'm kind of a "human wyvern" in a very metaphysical sense, but I also *Deeply Desire* to be *domesticated* and "employed" by a Being Who called Himself, wisely so, the "Good Shepherd", to do so I must master my own tendency towards violence, and better to focus on fictional characters till I'm sure I'm safe for my neighbors- to limit the damage done if I mess up.
That's kind of my philosophy in regards to what I'd classify as "lower-level modern mythology" if you please, not so much action/adventure and technology, but at best family stuff and local level at most... kind of this kind of storyline, this "universe", if you please, as opposed to say Babylon 5, Star Trek, or Star Wars, or the Tall Tales of US history; those all are "higher-level American Mythology", whereas this kind of story is lower-level, partly due to some of the relationship temptations, but it's still worth something in the realm of self-mastery... and that's been a lifetime goal for me, and ever shall be.
I told you those things partly to tell you in an addendum *why* I go for your Supergirl edits, especially the platonic nature of them.
Again, I really do enjoy them, so please do keep them coming... I also really do enjoy being "pushed" to be morally better; as well as pushing myself to improve my character.
And, as I said I'd say to Alex, "Who says you can't *love* another woman? Since love is, in and of itself, something *interior to the person*, nobody else can stop you, but love between two gals has got to be *platonic*, much like your's with Kara, your stepsister."; that kind of position is actually my position in regard to love intra-gender... I hope that clears some things up.

I currently only have iMovie which can do only so much and I know you guys told me once where you got all you clips but I kinda forgot 😅. Any advice?
Yeorm Han I've never used iMovie but probably possible to make a coherent edit you don't need anything too flashy. My advice would be work on rhythm and timing it's the best way to make a video flow. Be very particular about songs cut them if necessary (I do it all the time.) Find the story you want to tell and keep focused on it.

Liarsfire It takes a lot of patience, practice and hard work, it's not effected by where you're from so just keep making them and strive to improve with each video. Find your style and determine what makes a video good and try and incorporate that into your own edits.
