السلام علیکم ورحمۃ اللہ وبرکاتہ مس خان ! میڈم یہ جو اپ کے مہمان ہیں ٹھیک ہے یہ بہت قابل ادمی ہے بہت تجربہ کار ہے انہوں نے دنیا بہت قریب سے دیکھی ہے ہمارے نظام کے اندر رہ کر دیکھی ہے میں ایک مزدور ادمی ہوں لیکن انہیں ایک بات سمجھا دوں انہوں نے ابھی جو ایک بات کہی ہے مذہب کی کہ میں سیاست میں مذہب کا قائل نہیں ہوں اور پاکستان کے ائین میں جہاں جہاں مذہب کا ذکر ہے اسے نکال دینا چاہیے۔۔۔میں اردو اور فارسی زبان کا مائک تو نہیں ہوں۔۔لیکن یہ لفظ مذہب عربی زبان کا لفظ ہے جسے اردو اور فارسی میں اڈاپٹ کیا گیا ہے۔۔۔یہی وجہ ہے کہ ہمیں چاہیے کہ ہم عربی زبان میں اس مطلب کا کیا مطلب ہے اسے پہلے سمجھنا چاہیے۔۔۔کیونکہ جب اپ کسی زبان میں ضبط کرتے ہیں تو یقینا مطلب اور معنی میں تھوڑی بہت تبدیلی ہو جاتی ہے۔۔۔مثلا لفظ عورت بھی عربی زبان کا لفظ ہے ۔۔۔لیکن اردو زبان میں عورت کا لفظ کسی جسمانی میں ہم لوگ لیتے ہیں عربی میں سے بہت مختلف معنی میں لیا جاتا ہے بلکہ ایک خاص حالت میں اگر اپ غصے کے حالت میں کسی کو لفظ عورت کہہ دیں یہ بہت ہی گندی اور خطرناک گالی بھی ہے۔۔۔جب کہ یہ لفظ عام گھروں میں بھی استعمال ہوتا ہے عورت لفظ عربی میں دراصل ڈھانکنے کو کہتے ہیں ایک ماں اپنے بیٹے سے کہتی ہے ڈائننگ ٹیبل پر کھانے کو ڈھک دویعنی عورت کر دو لیکن اسی لفظ عورت کو لڑائی جھگڑے کے موقع پر اپ کسی کو کہیں گے تو یہ بدترین گالی ہے۔۔۔۔۔عربی زبان میں لفظ مذہب دراصل صد دینی معاملات کو ڈیل کرتا ہے۔۔اسلام مذہب نہیں ہے بلکہ ایک دین ہے۔۔ میں اپ کے مہمان سے یہ چیلنج کرتا ہوں کہ مجھے پورے قران میں لفظ مذہب کہیں دکھا دے اسلام کے تعارف کے طور پر اللہ تعالی نے اسلام کو ہمیشہ مذہب نہیں دین کے طور پر پیش کیا ہے دین کہا گیا ہے دین کہا گیا ہے۔۔۔عربی میں دین کا مطلب ہے مکمل ضابطہ حیات COMPLETE CODE OF LIFE یعنی ایک بچہ جب دنیا میں پیدا ہوتا ہے بلکہ پیدائش سے پہلے اس بچے کی زندگی میں جو مسائل پیدا ہوتے ہیں قبر میں دفن ہونے تک اس کے تمام مسائل کا حل اسلام پیش کرتا ہے یہی وجہ ہے کہ اسلام ایک دین ہے مکمل ضابطہ حیات۔۔۔اسی اسلام میں جو عبادت کے مسئلے مسائل ہیں اسے مذہب کہا جاتا ہے اپ نے بھی ایک لفظ سنا ہوگا مذاہب اربع۔۔۔یعنی چار مذاہب۔۔۔کہ ہمارے اول دور کے چار اماموں نے اسلام میں عبادات کے مسائل کو اور چھوٹے موٹے دینی مسائل کو اکٹھا کیا ہے جسے مذہب کہا جاتا ہے یعنی امام ابو حنیفہ کا مذہب امام ابو مالک کا مذہب امام شافعی کا مذہب وغیرہ۔۔۔۔تو اپ اپنے مہمان سے کہیں کہ وہ اسلام کو دین کی حیثیت سے دیکھے اور دین مکمل ضابطہ حیات ہونے کی وجہ سے ہمارے تمام سیاسی مسائل فوجی مسائل خارجی مسائل داخلی مسائل سب کچھ اس کے اندر موجود ہے اور ہم مسلمانوں کو حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ وہ دین پر عمل کرے دین کو نافذ کرے۔۔معاشی مسائل کا حل بھی موجود ہے جسے سود سے پاک ایک سسٹم دیا گیا ہے مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ ہم اسے نافذ نہیں کرتے اور ہم سمجھتے ہیں کہ دین اسلام ہی غلط ہے اسلام ہی غلط ہے۔۔۔قاضی حسین احمد نے ایک عملی شکل لے کر وفاقی شرعی عدالت میں گئے تھے غیر سودی بینکاری کا مکمل نظام اور اسلامی معاشی نظام کو لے کر جس پر وفاقی شرعی عدالت نے پٹیشن کے حق میں فیصلہ دے دیا لیکن اس وقت ہمارے وزیراعظم میاں نواز شریف تھے اور وفاقی وزیر نے حکومت پاکستان اور اسٹیٹ بینک آف پاکستان کو حکم دیا تھا کہ 6 مہینے کے اندر اس پٹیشن کو نافذ کیا جائے۔۔ لیکن میان نواز شریف کیونکہ ذہنی طور پر اسلامی ذہن نہیں رکھتا وہ دینی سیاست نہیں کرتا یہ اس دنیا کی سیاست کرتا ہے تو اس نے اس وقت کے سپریم کورٹ کے چیف جسٹس کو مینیج کرکے اپنی قوت اور اقتدار کی طاقت دکھا کر اسے بلیک میل کرتا ہے اور اسٹے ارڈر لے لیتا ہے۔۔۔تقریبا 35 سال سے ابھی تک وہ اسٹے ارڈر پر چل رہا ہے اس کے بعد انے والے اج تک کسی چیف جسٹس کو یہ توفیق نہیں ہوئی کہ اس کیس کو وہ لگائیں اور اسے سنے پینتیس سال ہوگئے ہیں لیکن اپنے سیاسی فائدہ حاصل کرنے کے لئے چیف جسٹسبلکہ اپنے ایکسٹینشن میں حمایت حاصل کرنے کے لئے پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی سے وہ بھٹو کو کیس کو کھولتا ہے لیکن اللہ کی رضا نہیں چاہیے انہیں دین سے نفرت ہے ہمارے قاضی کو یہی وجہ ہے کہ وہ قاضی حسین احمد کی پٹیشن کو نہیں کھولتا کوئی بات نہیں ہم مطمئن ہیں ہم مطمئین ہیں کیونکہ میرا اللہ انصاف اور انصاف کرتا ہے مظلوموں کی دعا کو قبول بھی کرتا ہے مقبول بھی ان شاء اللہ قیامت کے دن ہم ان سب کا حال دیکھیں گے ضرور دیکھیں گے اللہ کی عدالت میں جنہوں نے ہمارے دین کی مخالفت کی حکومت میں رہنے کے باوجود دین کی مخالفت کی دین کے خلاف فیصلہ کیا سورہ المائدہ میں ایسے حاکم حکمرانوں کے لئے تین چار باتیں کہی گئی ہے اور اج کے ہمارے حاکم حکمران وہ تمام باتوں پر پورے اترتے ہیں لیکن پھر بھی انہیں جہنم کے اگ سے محبت ہے جہنم کی اگ سے محبت ہے گلاب کے پھول سے یہ سب نفرت کرنے والے لوگ ہیں انہیں گلاب کے پھول سے گلاب کے پھول کی خوشبو سہنے نفرت ہے نفرت ہے نفرت ہے
As usual Zaidi Sir speaks the truth & hard reality of Pakistan. Nobody is listening to him. Primary education, primary health, proper truth & history to be informed to the general public. Pakistani youth are taught false historical facts about the world & especially wrtx to India. The youth have been totally misguided, energy is not channelised only talks of Jajbha. What Jajbha? میڈم یہ جو اپ کے مہمان ہیں ٹھیک ہے یہ بہت قابل ادمی ہے بہت تجربہ کار ہے انہوں نے دنیا بہت قریب سے دیکھی ہے ہمارے نظام کے اندر رہ کر دیکھی ہے میں ایک مزدور ادمی ہوں لیکن انہیں ایک بات سمجھا دوں انہوں نے ابھی جو ایک بات کہی ہے مذہب کی کہ میں سیاست میں مذہب کا قائل نہیں ہوں اور پاکستان کے ائین میں جہاں جہاں مذہب کا ذکر ہے اسے نکال دینا چاہیے۔۔۔میں اردو اور فارسی زبان کا مائک تو نہیں ہوں۔۔لیکن یہ لفظ مذہب عربی زبان کا لفظ ہے جسے اردو اور فارسی میں اڈاپٹ کیا گیا ہے۔۔۔یہی وجہ ہے کہ ہمیں چاہیے کہ ہم عربی زبان میں اس مطلب کا کیا مطلب ہے اسے پہلے سمجھنا چاہیے۔۔۔کیونکہ جب اپ کسی زبان میں ضبط کرتے ہیں تو یقینا مطلب اور معنی میں تھوڑی بہت تبدیلی ہو جاتی ہے۔۔۔مثلا لفظ عورت بھی عربی زبان کا لفظ ہے ۔۔۔لیکن اردو زبان میں عورت کا لفظ کسی جسمانی میں ہم لوگ لیتے ہیں عربی میں سے بہت مختلف معنی میں لیا جاتا ہے بلکہ ایک خاص حالت میں اگر اپ غصے کے حالت میں کسی کو لفظ عورت کہہ دیں یہ بہت ہی گندی اور خطرناک گالی بھی ہے۔۔۔جب کہ یہ لفظ عام گھروں میں بھی استعمال ہوتا ہے عورت لفظ عربی میں دراصل ڈھانکنے کو کہتے ہیں ایک ماں اپنے بیٹے سے کہتی ہے ڈائننگ ٹیبل پر کھانے کو ڈھک دویعنی عورت کر دو لیکن اسی لفظ عورت کو لڑائی جھگڑے کے موقع پر اپ کسی کو کہیں گے تو یہ بدترین گالی ہے۔۔۔۔۔عربی زبان میں لفظ مذہب دراصل صد دینی معاملات کو ڈیل کرتا ہے۔۔اسلام مذہب نہیں ہے بلکہ ایک دین ہے۔۔ میں اپ کے مہمان سے یہ چیلنج کرتا ہوں کہ مجھے پورے قران میں لفظ مذہب کہیں دکھا دے اسلام کے تعارف کے طور پر اللہ تعالی نے اسلام کو ہمیشہ مذہب نہیں دین کے طور پر پیش کیا ہے دین کہا گیا ہے دین کہا گیا ہے۔۔۔عربی میں دین کا مطلب ہے مکمل ضابطہ حیات

یعنی ایک بچہ جب دنیا میں پیدا ہوتا ہے بلکہ پیدائش سے پہلے اس بچے کی زندگی میں جو مسائل پیدا ہوتے ہیں قبر میں دفن ہونے تک اس کے تمام مسائل کا حل اسلام پیش کرتا ہے یہی وجہ ہے کہ اسلام ایک دین ہے مکمل ضابطہ حیات۔۔۔اسی اسلام میں جو عبادت کے مسئلے مسائل ہیں اسے مذہب کہا جاتا ہے اپ نے بھی ایک لفظ سنا ہوگا مذاہب اربع۔۔۔یعنی چار مذاہب۔۔۔کہ ہمارے اول دور کے چار اماموں نے اسلام میں عبادات کے مسائل کو اور چھوٹے موٹے دینی مسائل کو اکٹھا کیا ہے جسے مذہب کہا جاتا ہے یعنی امام ابو حنیفہ کا مذہب امام ابو مالک کا مذہب امام شافعی کا مذہب وغیرہ۔۔۔۔تو اپ اپنے مہمان سے کہیں کہ وہ اسلام کو دین کی حیثیت سے دیکھے اور دین مکمل ضابطہ حیات ہونے کی وجہ سے ہمارے تمام سیاسی مسائل فوجی مسائل خارجی مسائل داخلی مسائل سب کچھ اس کے اندر موجود ہے اور ہم مسلمانوں کو حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ وہ دین پر عمل کرے دین کو نافذ کرے۔۔معاشی مسائل کا حل بھی موجود ہے جسے سود سے پاک ایک سسٹم دیا گیا ہے مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ ہم اسے نافذ نہیں کرتے اور ہم سمجھتے ہیں کہ دین اسلام ہی غلط ہے اسلام ہی غلط ہے۔۔۔قاضی حسین احمد نے ایک عملی شکل لے کر وفاقی شرعی عدالت میں گئے تھے غیر سودی بینکاری کا مکمل نظام اور اسلامی معاشی نظام کو لے کر جس پر وفاقی شرعی عدالت نے پٹیشن کے حق میں فیصلہ دے دیا لیکن اس وقت ہمارے وزیراعظم میاں نواز شریف تھے اور وفاقی وزیر نے حکومت پاکستان اور اسٹیٹ بینک آف پاکستان کو حکم دیا تھا کہ 6 مہینے کے اندر اس پٹیشن کو نافذ کیا جائے۔۔ لیکن میان نواز شریف کیونکہ ذہنی طور پر اسلامی ذہن نہیں رکھتا وہ دینی سیاست نہیں کرتا یہ اس دنیا کی سیاست کرتا ہے تو اس نے اس وقت کے سپریم کورٹ کے چیف جسٹس کو مینیج کرکے اپنی قوت اور اقتدار کی طاقت دکھا کر اسے بلیک میل کرتا ہے اور اسٹے ارڈر لے لیتا ہے۔۔۔تقریبا 35 سال سے ابھی تک وہ اسٹے ارڈر پر چل رہا ہے اس کے بعد انے والے اج تک کسی چیف جسٹس کو یہ توفیق نہیں ہوئی کہ اس کیس کو وہ لگائیں اور اسے سنے پینتیس سال ہوگئے ہیں لیکن اپنے سیاسی فائدہ حاصل کرنے کے لئے چیف جسٹسبلکہ اپنے ایکسٹینشن میں حمایت حاصل کرنے کے لئے پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی سے وہ بھٹو کو کیس کو کھولتا ہے لیکن اللہ کی رضا نہیں چاہیے انہیں دین سے نفرت ہے ہمارے قاضی کو یہی وجہ ہے کہ وہ قاضی حسین احمد کی پٹیشن کو نہیں کھولتا کوئی بات نہیں ہم مطمئن ہیں ہم مطمئین ہیں کیونکہ میرا اللہ انصاف اور انصاف کرتا ہے مظلوموں کی دعا کو قبول بھی کرتا ہے مقبول بھی ان شاء اللہ قیامت کے دن ہم ان سب کا حال دیکھیں گے ضرور دیکھیں گے اللہ کی عدالت میں جنہوں نے ہمارے دین کی مخالفت کی حکومت میں رہنے کے باوجود دین کی مخالفت کی دین کے خلاف فیصلہ کیا سورہ المائدہ میں ایسے حاکم حکمرانوں کے لئے تین چار باتیں کہی گئی ہے اور اج کے ہمارے حاکم حکمران وہ تمام باتوں پر پورے اترتے ہیں لیکن پھر بھی انہیں جہنم کے اگ سے محبت ہے جہنم کی اگ سے محبت ہے گلاب کے پھول سے یہ سب نفرت کرنے والے لوگ ہیں انہیں گلاب کے پھول سے گلاب کے پھول کی خوشبو سہنے نفرت ہے نفرت ہے نفرت ہے
