The woodfin plant really smells and the train tracks are load, plus two closed landfills and will be adding two massive duke energy battery complexes. The Dam has never been seen a digger after being a riffle for heavy metals since being built. The many trains daily to a coal powered power plant carried coal with open rail cars since 1964 make sure you know were water will come from even in dry time. The Silver line park was a trailer park for factory workers which was bad in the end and now trailers are coming back to all of woodfin. The Wave was a Asheville dream back in 1990 this is its 4th relocation, woodfin crashed a golf course built on land near the wave. If you are a speculator then this possible 7 million tourist project could change you life but raising a family think really hard you could be paying taxes for a school is part of that your children can not go to.The Town of Woodfin is a services only town you pay for zoning, police, trash and schools nothing else. Storm water is a separate fee that is in my case a added 30% to my tax bill to Woodfin. But the fire depart is also a separate fee.The town is divided by a fast growing interstate rich on one side and the rest of us. Request a radon test.....

Do median and average selling prices for houses also include land only properties? If so I think it would badly skew the averages.
