Zander, I just got my order of corsa headders for my 19. It only came with 1. O2 extension, is this right? Do I need to order something else? Same headders as you. Conga tube off road
Awesome. Just use the extension on the passenger side. The drivers side you have to reach up in there and pull on the wires very carefully to extend them
I bought a set of Stainless headers from 2M brand new w/cats $832 w-out/cats $532. Complete kit 1-7/8 gaskets bolts clamps , but it’s really tight by that a/c way tighter than yours and actually hits the Fing steering shaft up top,
I just bought these headers with catless connection pipes, I just wanted to make sure that they would fit my 2022 mustang gt and that the connection pipes would fit up to the stock catback. Great video by the way!
I remember the old mustangs stock headers look like crap. These new mustangs stock headers actually look like some good performance parts! Good job on the install man
I did headers by myself in about 6-7 hours on a 16 GT. Wasn't all that bad. On the garage floor and everything. I had a problem with a few studs though and an AC line.
@@Zander13Productions yeah did 2 s550s and 1 s197 and they're generally about the same. I have an 04 Cobra and there is absolutely no way to do the headers on there without dropping the k member.
Be careful while working under your car when it's on Jack stands! Be conscious of your pushing and pulling! I once had a jeep wrangler slip off a stand while I was under it.
On one video you used Texas Speed Long Tubes. Here you are using Corsa LT. Would you recommend the Texas speed LTH? I'm going Catted. So I was looking to get Texas LTH with Catted Connection pipes, and the corsa extreme cat back. Is this a good pairing? Texas are about 500 cheaper.

You need to get the Corsa Xtreme Active mufflers! Trust me when I said it awesome to be loud when you want and be quiet as a stock car when you want to be. But anyways, the car still sounds amazing!!!
Most people just go extremes with headers but if you do headers with double helix and stock muffler or sport mufflers it sounds absolutely awesome. Sounds amazing can't wait for the review
How much horsepower does that give you. I think you have 470 now with the stage 1 package and cold air intake. So does that give you around 20 more pony's?
Corsa makes really good stuff. I don't think the audio does justice to just how good it probably sounds in person. I've always been partial to the rumble of H pipes though.
Zander13 that would be sweet. All the videos I watch from the 03/04 Cobras and s550’s all run xpipes. Meanest exhaust I ever had was a custom catted H pipe with LT and magnaflows on my 351W 94 Cobra. Sounded mean as hell

Did he leave the mufflers stock on the white one? I was thinking that an x pipe and cutting the cats would sound good with the stock mufflers. I must have did 20 different setups on my last Mustang and always wondered what it would have been like with the cats gone and stock mufflers. I am guessing you have no cats on the red one after the header install. Sounds bad ass. You can really hear the cam sound. Are you running the O2 sims or did you just turn them off? Last time I looked for those sims online I was told they don't sell them anymore. I have been out of it for about 5 years.

I’ve installed headers 3 times already on s550s imo it worth it doing it yourself cuz most shops will charge you 8hrs labor also the last header install I did took me 4 hours first time took me a whole day tho 😂
I know you probably are doing this for mostly sound. But just some food for thought, my ford performance tech had mentioned to me that the stock headers on these cars are good up to 800hp.
Nice job sounds good! I got stainless works on my procharged GT350 and im very happy with them. Installed them with a friend wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. Now you need to ad a procharger P1X to it :).

Even though I don't have a Mustang GT, I like looking at your car and what you're doing to it. I use much of what I see in your videos as foundation material for what I would like to do on my Z in the future. Do you think that wrapping the exhaust primary pipes with thermal insulator tape would reduce underhood temps a bit? I did it on my Porsche years ago and liked the results.
Zander could you use the factory head stud since thé Corsa flange hole are sloted, to me I rader use a nut on a stud they will not back off. Great work.💪👍🇨🇦😎

I think you should paint those RTR hood vents. Looks like legit unpainted pieces. Doesn’t have that aggressive matte look it’s supposed to be going for. Just unpainted pieces.
Auto finatic also did a video on this undercarriage spray you should check it out! His gt350 is clean and red you remind of it because this mustang is so clean and got the mods to back it up! That’s what I’m talking about keep blowing up Zander 🤙🏼

whats going on man.. i did my header install your video was really help full .. i only have 1 issue .. my engine is sitting pretty high even after installing steeda mounts.. now my car is still on jack stands.. Does the engine settles more down after getting the car back to the ground ..?

Eduardo Perez that sounds like a serious fitment issue. I have owned SW in the past and they fit fine. My guess would be it’s the steeda motor mounts. I’d put stock ones in it
@@Zander13Productions they are adjustable.. so im going to set them at the highest setting (stock setting) and try to slide the engine to the driver side about 1/4 inch.. I cant put the stock mounts back 1 bolt was pure hell to get it off and put it back on

I know it’s an older video. But I use wheel cribs made from 2x4s. Much safer than jack stands.

Full Corsa setup sounded good. Didn't really care for the white s550 setup.
