What he basically does is put his jump on his free scroll mouse wheel and runs up to that ledge with weapons sheathed. Then he climbs up that ledge using his mouse wheel (he lets it keep spinning) and cancels the animation at the right point by using some power/tool hotkey. Beyond that it's pretty much just about how many FPS you can scramble together at a steady rate (I think 120 are ideal).

I understood most of the reasons for the run except why when he is at the first station before going to Jindosh's house does he fall and take massive damage and then destroy that shop window is that a trigger for the guards in the cart to show up faster or something? I know it must be important as he goes out of his way to do it.
