I absolutely fell in love with mine once I shot it!
The 350 Legend rifles are short lightweight low recoiling inexpensive ammo points fast... and will knock the snot out of the biggest buck in the woods inside 200 yards.
I harvested a big bodied pennsylvania eight point this past season and my brother's nephew downed a huge 10 point with his. Both one shot one kill.. both didn't go past thirty yards.. both complete pass through... I definitely recommend the 350 Legend.

.350 legend is great out of bolt guns and AR platforms but in does not need to be in single shots. Ream the existing .357 version of this rifle to .357 max and you get the same ballistics as .350 legend and retain the versatility of shooting .375 mag and .38 spc.

On this model Henry really needs to do a reality check on pricing. This is by no means a pretty refined shiny model with expense added polish or premium wood stocks. It seems it doesn't even have an extractor. There are some well made bolt guns. Etc. That are cheaper. Wwwith spit and polish of many lever guns there is some room for a good reasoning. Just some input for a great company.

@@blaws6684 - H&R had a habit of fitting shotgun barrels to rifle actions, but NOT rifle barrels to shotgun actions, so they must have known of the potential danger. I also own a H&R muzzle loader in .58 caliber, and have not had any problems with it. I also own a .22 RF LR H&R.
I have BFR revolvers in .22 Hornet & .30-30, which mate up well with two of my H&R barrels and a .44 Mag barrel that mates up with my Super Blackhawk. I saw no need to get matching handguns for the .223 & .308 bull barrels for my H&R.

Those Hornady 170 grain loadings are loaded hot and have comparable recoil to the Winchester Deer Season 150 & 180 grain XP ammo. I have used these rounds out of my Ruger Ranch rifle. It's not good for the scope or to maintain accuracy, and not very professional to show in an add to promote a rifle or ammunition. I was also disappointed the shooter always left the breach/barrel locked up in the firing position when he went down range to check his target, very unprofessional and never allowed on a safe shooting range.

Did they ever fix the trigger yet? Mine and many others have like two pulls but one,, a very short light pull just before hard pull. Take some getting used to because it's so different.. anybody else have this problem?

They must've improved the trigger on these. I bought mine about four years ago in 357 mag and the trigger pull was about 10 or 11 pounds. I took it to a gunsmith and paid about $75 to have him replace the trigger spring and the best he could do was about seven pounds or so. I was hoping you would put a trigger gauge on this thing to show what it was pulling at. Mine was horrible. Sold it within about a month after getting it.

Funny that a company video would emphasize a glaring fault in design, the drop at the comb is so extreme as to require an aftermarket cheek piece for use with a scope. I get it, the scope mount & rings are ridiculously high, but even the lower scope options require clearance for the hammer and the comb still ends up being too low. It's obviously not a big deal, Ruger & Marlin got away with this for decades, but I think you'll find the Spanish company, CVA, does a better job at handling stock geometry and has a better ambidextrous offset hammer spur. The Henry seems like a good iron sight option though.

question, do you guys NOT make 350 legend in a repeating lever action rifle? Cuz if so, THEN i be buying it in heartbeat! Im not 14 kid no more shooting deer with single barrel shotgun - cmon guys...have bit of diversity and common sense!
Facts - plus, why go for single barrel, when ya might as well buy a bolt action??? o_O ... 2nd fact - " The 350 Legend is 80 percent more powerful than a .357 Magnum and is effective on deer twice as far away. And has more penetration then the .357 Magnum - but yet you guys make the 357 Magnum in auto loading lever action gun. Just some time i wish you gun companies use some common sense comes to making guns - making some calibers in certain platform ( lever action, bolt, semi repeating, AR ect ect ), while you dont do so in other calibers.

Only people who don't know guns or cartridges would think that a straight-walled, rimless, beltless cartridge would be a good idea in a single-shot rifle. Also, the 350 Legend uses a proprietary case head design that no other cartridge uses, so when the hype over this round dies off, even those who want to reload for it are going to be frustrated when the brass dries up.
