Amen Brother. We followed the Dave Ramsey plan, and we are proud to say we are completely debt free. And you are correct, it is the best feeling in the world and your wealth building is multiplied so quickly after becoming debt free. Thank you for sharing and I pray others will listen and learn. The borrower is truly slave to the lender.

You and I could sit down and have many good conversations. I divorced my credit card in 1980. It took me three years to pay off the credit card alimony. I got a new credit card after that and from 1983 until now I paid my credit card statement every month. Not only have I not paid any interest during that time but I’ve been getting cash back on that card. And we use the cash back for our vacations over the years.

Dumb. Stop perpetuating the issue and cut the damn card. You're hardly saving shit on the scraps they throw at you. The banks still control you and you don't even know it.

I believe debt is a tool, just as an axe or knife. The person behind it defines if it is good or bad. But great content my friend! I think that for the "regular" person they should avoid any debt as best as possible.

Thanks brother! I agree that debt could be used as a tool for some. But for a lot of us it’s just a good idea to stay away from in.

Just subbed, I like your outlook, you seem really clued up about debt & how it restricts you.
Well done for taking the clever path.

Here in the UK it's exactly the same - debt has become a way of life.
