It depends where its going a shipping bill can vary from 2k to 20k. This home fully furnished is right about 107k plus delivery from Indiana. It costed right about 10k to deliver to WA So It sold for 117k

You really it a home run with this home. I live in Maine. We have a lot of modular home factories here but not too many tiny homes builders builders and it's really good to see that you really put quality into your workmanship

Good Ideal to put lights under the eves. Don't like lofts, good for good knees, if you're crawling to bed . Toe kick lighting is great. The added lighting in different areas where need ,pluse motion lights great!" Over all I like

I wonder if instead of a patio door could you request a single door? Reason is for me not great amount of space in the living room, single door would give much more room for a TV.

Finally, the only movable island I like. Movable islands should not have large drawers like some manufacturers put in. anything that is inside will break when you move the island.

I'm not a fan of lofts but have decided that when I purchase my tiny home the loft would make for a good guest room. Do the lofts have to be so large? Can't they be about 1/2 the size? Just large enough to accommodate a queen size mattress and a space for a TV. Being enclosed is a great idea for keeping it quiet in the loft. Hope you are having a wonderful day 😊. I love the fact that your homes come fully furnished which will make it much easier for me when I purchase mine. I really want a side-by-side refrigerator with ice in the door. With the 55 age and above communities can’t understand why folks want a loft and stairs?
Seems like an area for more junk that they don’t need and steps are hard to do later on
Plus all heat rises…. Need to get it down to the floor seating area.
Lofts have to be much more additional costs.

The colors are really nice. But I'm wondering what zoning would this go in to? An RV place? A Tiny home community? Can it be placed on a standard home foundation, for a permanent placement? Also, what does the insulation underneath look like?
Only thing I’d do is switch the pantry and washer/dryer closets. Other than that perfect home. Can it be financed. I’m a disabled veteran desperately in need of home
Curtains are prop. Not big enough to cut light or not show insides at night. You need dark CLOSING CURTAINS FOR THAT. FINALLY SOMETHING OTHER THAN GRAY, All gray and black- decorated for a funeral. Love shade of blue. Forest green would be elegant too.great layout. Lots of closet space. No barn doors! Thank God! Those loft windows are a great idea!

Bathroom, bedroom and larger loft are perfect. Second loft great for storage, as I first commented living room a titch small and I AM selfish, would wish for a dishwasher. When do I move in?😊

Curious as to the price which I found upon reading several comments. Awesome build, luv all the window space, absolutely adore the second floor areas, bathroom with octagon shower is really nice, loads of storage space, overall well done. I can picture this on a nice plot of private land nestled amongst the trees with a view of a creek. The only letdown for me is the price, but kudos to y’all for constructing such a delightful home. 🌻

@TEDDYELI I found the price in a reply to someone else's question. It cost $107,000 plus the delivery cost. They don't quote prices they said bcuz of the extra cost for delivery.
I was wondering if a person could you put a murpy bed in the bedroom on the first floor?

I would not want open or windows in that loft looking down to living room but put those windows on the outside wall, Would that cut or up the cost? Can the laundry closet be moved to the pantry closet? Love the colors, love the bathroom and kitchen but not the color in kitchen. Black and white no blue would be my choice. I really love the toe kick lighting. Thanks for showing it.

I wouldn’t have a TV but a projector were you close the door at night wouldn’t have the hatch but a larger table.could you have a wall oven instead and save space.

😂😂😂 117k defied the whole purpose of going tiny , which it's saving 💰...so if y'all going to pay this much, may as well to stay in a regular home were you can stand and walk without bumping something., I mean this particular tiny house it's beautiful ...but people goes greedy for EVERYTHING, If y'all disagree with me, wait til something needful goes low production like water ( no rain ) or bread, milk or even gas or meds and watch the greedy RAISE the prices, .by the way that remind me of covid19 international , the folks went freaking nutshell high prices on the poor countries needing for ventilators...so that tell you everything there.. so build your own tinyhome if you can for less than or 1/2 price of this 117k or SOMETHING this outraged.......anywayz I just saying.....

We can put tubs in if needed. Thats a custom order thing.
Reminds me of a mobile home. Look at walls! Those are panels they put in mobile homes. Real cheap. I wouldn't hav it.
We can use dry wall as well. When these homes travel 2200 miles to our office. The dry wall would crumble and crack. The panels are nice for travel.
