Price totally varies depending on delivery location. Certain states have stricter oversized load requirements and can cost much more depending on exact location. This house is 97k Plus delivery from Indiana which averages about 8 dollars per mile.
Probably cuz no one would still be interested if the knew the price upfront.

This is so stinking adorable and the fact that y'all put a washer and dryer in standard is great!!! Those all in one washer and dryers are horrible no matter how new the technology is. Great home guys!!!😊

Love this model, from the aluminum underneath, the storage storage storage, center fireplace, windows everywhere. Me personally would want an actual solid security front door instead of a slider and another more substantial light fixture above the bar table. Otherwise love, love, love
TS 0:33 I would never have thought of using aluminum protecting the bottom. Awesome idea. TS 4:30 OMG that is a magnificent design for cabinetry with the sink. It makes the best use of the space.

I would only change interior colors from the browns/tans to the gray/charcoals and add a mini-dishwasher and spend the extra $1000.00 to change out that slider to the blinds in glass version.
However My all time favorite you have is the one with the Elevated Living Room (I think its referred to as a basement something) but the Non-Lofted version.
I personally do not need or like lofts.

You did several videos of it in fact, in one of the videos you mentioned it could be made without the loft but I could never find a video tour of it with no loft anywhere.
I went to the manufacturer’s website and searched and hunted like crazy for the no loft version and finally after hours I found one of those strange walk through tours where you have to move through it yourself via those circles on the floor.
I know when I am ready to buy thats the one I want, but I sure wish there was an actual video tour like you do to watch on that one with no loft.
But this Model here you just posted yesterday is a very very very close 2nd to the Woodlands Vault with NO Loft.
(I know most everyone wants the loft for kids, office, or just storage. But I am one of the strange few that would never want a loft because I would never use it but mostly because I love the High Ceiling’s throughout my entire home.)
Your video tours are Excellent by the way, you are concise, point everything out, and show us everything we need to see without making your tours all about you and wanting yourself to be the star. You make your Tiny Homes the Star. And I appreciate that.

Do they make a loft unit?
Yes we do have this layout with a loft. Call us and we can send you all the floor plans.
All the outlets on the backsplash in the kitchen is too much. Is there no other spot to put them aside from the AC plug in? Hopefully the AC plug ins have USB charging as well.

Not impressed with the sliding doors that require using curtains to close. You need to put the blinds in the door, much easier to work with.
It is optional to add that type of slider. Its about $1,000.00 to option it in.
Then go build one yourself whiner!

Most people request the Walk-in shower, so they don't have to make a big step into the shower. However, if you want a tub no problem, we can put one in. Thanks for following!

It's not a house it's an RV literally legally an RV...
That is correct all park models are titled as an RV.

Why r the heat/ac vents always in the middle of the floor? That never made sense to me. Why not put them off to the side, closer to wall, so they aren't where people need to walk. They hurt when you step on them with no shoes on.
Can you tape and texture the walls and ceiling?
Not out of this plant. Only our champion Athens product.
What type of fireplace is in it?
Could you have a real fireplace or woodstove?
Unfortunately we can install wood burning per code. You can however install on site when it gets there.

Big boo boo in design. Refrigerator and cook stove should never be side by side with no cabinetry in between. A pull-out pantry would be nice in between.
