I have just removed the alternator from my 1.6 Zafira (2004) after watching your video. I discovered that there is one thing that maybe of help; after removing the first two bolts from the top small bracket, there is a larger bracket that the tension pulley is connected to. On this bracket (called alternator bracket), remove the three bolts (x2 at top, x1 at bottom). After this, you can push the alternator towards the car that will make it easier to get to the two terminal wires. I think if I remember correctly, the positive + nut is 13mm, the negative - nut is 8mm.
Once the main long bolt is undone and slid towards the inner wheel arch, wiggle the alternator until it comes free from its supports; be careful not to drop it. Slowly lower the alternator a little bit, and completely remove the long bolt, this will separate the alternator and alternator bracket.
You can now pull the alternator up and through the top of the engine, as in your video. Removing the alternator bracket from bottom of engine means you do not need to disconnect the engine mount to raise the engine to get the alternator out.

I tried removing the three boats from the bracket but it just to lower down. So i'm just removing the one that sits on the bottom of the alternator and Pulling the alternator up. Thank you for your recommendation
