Yep, Christmas is coming, so my customers find personalized stockings like yours. But I can't find any supplier with high-quality and lower prices, any ideas?
@@rinnn2412 Yeah, I'm working with Merchize right now. The quality is satisfactory and the prices are more competitive than Printify. However, if you're looking for the lowest price, you may consider Chinese suppliers. But I'm not sure how reliable their shipping times are, lol
Starla🌟heya I just found your channel. I have been debating opening an Etsy store for the last few years. But all of this restructuring with Etsy and people getting kicked out before they even sold one item has made me worried. I think I've got everything down except the actual listing part. I have watched countless videos of yours & others explaining the listing key words & the best way to do it. I will be selling vintage & some sourced hand made items. Does anybody have a proven way for listing success with your Etsy store? Thanks for being one smart cookie 🍪❤
If there was a "proven way", EVERYONE would be successful. The reality is, quality and demand dictate success. There is no magic button or secret to making sales. A real living breathing human being has to want your product more than any other item they come across on Etsy - and achieving this boils down to great photos, in-demand items, and good SEO. My channel covers all of these topics so definitely check out the "playlists" section and start a few good deep-dive sessions. :)
I would love to get into the blankets and personalization....but I'm struggling with the file size (if accurate to measurements on template) being too big for me to use hellocustom. I'm worried about my design losing it's detail. What measurements to you use to find the balance?
Everyone is talking about Etsy’s new automated policies and how being visible is like the artist is working IN etsy rather than their artcrafts. Critique is that being visible bcame harder and consumes a longer time. Major take was the ai flood of products that gives original artists lesser chances! What is the truth? Massive migration and stocks decline was enormous in the last months with original craftspeople and artists migration, is there any changes in the situation?
I’m already signed up for it and have my ticket, but it’s not looking like I won’t be able to watch it. I hope if you have a ticket that there’s a way to watch it afterwards or at least get some of the Clips and Tips!
Do you know of any scans on Etsy. We have a shop on there and in the last week we’ve had three customers say they received orders that they didn’t place. I’m not sure what the scam is, but I find it odd, any suggestions? Of course it’s impossible to call Etsy or get in touch I just don’t want to hurt our shop Because they want refunds
Love LOVE the last trend you just called out...book lovers! I am literally sewing new products right now watching your video for my new book-ish products! I sell at local craft shows and leaving the baby/kid niche behind because there is a LOT of crafters in my area who sell what I do. So I am changing it up and according to you, my research is right!! Thanks for giving great advise that can also be applied to us craft show/pop up market vendors!

Another trend is dark and moody Christmas. Think dark red, dark greens, even dark blue and purple. Velvet textures are hot too.
I sell digital items, and just sold a Christmas item the other day :) .
Ive already sold Christmas stockings this month, its starting Early yall!
I just sold an ornament! Shoppers are READY!!!
@@bobbitsholiday have you? I’ve only just started designing for a store. How much art work should I get together? And do you pay for advertisements?
My girlfriend keeps asking for the Lululinens Teddy Bear blanket so just bought that for her, I want one now lol.
My customers prefer products that they can customize. Personalized stockings with names and photos are especially popular 😉

I hope you feel better soon, Pookie!
That's so great!!!! Do you recommend any suppliers for the wood ornaments?
I just fulfill my wood ornament orders for my customers at Merchize with prices from $1.8 and luckily my customers love it :). You can try it.
Thank you, Starla! I hope you feel much better very soon!

Thank You again for your awesome videos and doing alot of the heavy lift for us!
Would you happen to know if I design art work that I can print it on a Pilates Mat? So I need to research something in particular ?
Thank you and Feel Better soon!
I am from Latvia! That's amazing that you'll be there!!
Im already selling Christmas items since the beginning of July lol
Where do I find the previous 6 days of this bootcamp this year? I missed it due to having to work.
Please email us at support@handmadealphaacademy.com for bootcamp questions. :)
Can i still focus on Halloween or start listing christamas Digital products
Do Christmas!! Honestly there is much more traffic for Christmas than Halloween
Still do Halloween, but also start listing those Christmas items!
Definitely begin pivoting towards Christmas. I recommend always listing 4 months ahead of the expected sales season.

Farmhouse Christmas is still going strong after SIX YEARS? 🤯 Are we ever going to see it fade away, or is it here to stay?
I'm going to assume it's a trend that will stick for a while!
Ma'am can we use Cartoon characters like Deadpool Spiderman Wolverine Tom & Jerry?
Is there any trademark issue or any thing
Yes, all are trademarked/copyright ©️ create unique characters, or search for 'copyright free' or 'royalty free' pictures.
My search gave these results:
Any cartoon character whose first cartoon was released before January 1, 1928 is in the public domain. A short list:
Little Nemo (1905)
Gertie the Dinosaur (1914)
Farmer Al Falfa (1915)
Bobby Bumps (1915)
Mutt and Jeff (1907)
Krazy Kat (1913)
Koko the Clown (1918)
Felix the Cat (1919)
Dinky Doodle (1924)
Pete (Disney character, 1925)
Oswald the Lucky Rabbit (1927)
Keep in mind some of these characters have cartoons or details of their character that are still under copyright. For example Pete didn't become an anthropomorphic cat until 1928 and Felix didn't get his magic bag until the 1950s so those details are still under copyright.
And steamboat Willy is now also copyright free. (The earlier version of what became Mickey mouse)
So really look into these characters & what's free, and what not.
Old book characters are also in play, but make sure to get the free version, the ones in the public domain
