Dont no if am looking at this right or wrong but when he measures in corner dont it measure from the laser not the back of the object ? In that case he doing it wrong to measure

No it starts from the back of the laser otherwise on flat walls you would need to manually deduct the length of the unit and that would be beyond annoying. I do floor plans for a living

@@mxfreaks what am on about just say you use a ruler 30cm, its like saying you measure from 5cm, never used a laser but I no a ruler

@@mxfreaks so if it starts at back of the laser ? When you start on a ruler it starts from the start and count up, the laser comes at front not the back so you would lose cm
