Yes that test was unreliable. I would have said she is about 15 p cent. I was a regular gym gal at that age, not athletic like her and I was 18 p cent. Now 20 years later I’m up to 21-22 p cent. Dexa scan would be the way to do it.
I’m the same with the no toe nails!!! Mine is from running and then a wee bit obsessive walking last summer …. I don’t know if I should be getting smaller shoes or bigger shoes …. But my toes are so damn ugly!!
@@w0033944 doubtful you can tell when she’s standing normally from the side she has a little belly. Body fat % is only reading the body fat, it’s not telling you where it’s stored. She may have deep body fat, and muscle that sits higher up. In other words her body fat may sit under her muscle, not over the top. I must admit I thought she was low, but she’s not a skinny Minnie. Remember she was probably born with an athletic body, many of us would need low body fat to get

I’m so confused because BMI > 30 is obese. I don’t think it’s very accurate tbh
BMI isn’t a percentage of body fat, it also doesn’t take muscle into account so isn’t beneficial for athletic populations

The body fat could be correct, it’s probably that most of us have been getting incorrect readings from gym scales.

No way. I have done bodpod and inbody. No one with abs is 35%. That's obese bf%. Athletic woment are usually 8 to 25%
