Bad north, such a unique game that had endless possibilities but ended with what we see now. Wish the devs to get on this game again and make a bit of updates or dlcs.
as someone who would probably not give two fricks about this game usually, this was really entertaining, i can’t wait for more!! 11 hours is cooked lmao
I was playing on very- hard mode, and had the ring of command as starting item, and the high knockback as starting trait. due to the "amazing" aim of the archers, i had to flee on every island i used them...
I already had the game on Steam, but bought on Android. I was slightly disappointed by the controls with touch screen but I can't get refund anymore :( But it's a really good game, just it's much better playing on PC. Hope there's a sequel. 9/10 only improvement I could see is having hero abilities and maybe 1-2 more unit types, like Catapults/Ballistae where Ballista would be very good short range weapon but moves slowly, takes some army to cover, and then having Catapults which would be anti-range that is very lethal vs Ballistae but against archers wouldn't be as good as the units could dodge the shots. Or maybe the developer could make more traditional Settlers style game but for mobile, since the newest Age of Empires Mobile is a joke... This game (Bad North) is the best mobile strategy action game so far by a long shot. This and Slay the Spire easily my favorite mobile games that don't require a ton of investment. If you want investments there's Heartstone or Warcraft Rumble (I play the latter) but those take forever to grind and I would recommend against it, especially with Hearthstone it's probably too late for anyone to jump in missing like 90% of the free content.
I would also love to see a sequel that really expands on the game!! I didn't even know the game was on mobile but yeah PC will always reign supreme for controls ❤️
Bad North is an absolute classic. The OST is amazing too, I love listening to it cuz it's so beutiful and epic.
Game looks pretty intriguing. I’ll have to add it to my ever growing wishlist.

Max level heavy weaponry archers with the ring of command basically sets any map you play that unit on to easy mode lol.
ikr that was my first time ever using that combo and it felt so good
