Yano, I shipped Rapata for so long and I still do a little, but the more I watch (I'm half way through season 3 on Netflix and this is a new show for me and my partner), I'm definitely shipping Patata more. I'm even writing a Blindspot fanfic and whilst Patterson has hooked up with someone else, Rich DotCom jokes that Patata should be a thing. Patterson and Zapata are seriously good friends and they would make a good couple. P is a Ravenclaw and Z is a Slytherin, but they'd bring the best out in each ot, imo.
What's the point if they're not lovers or at least making out from time to time? Film & Tv are full of friendships, that turn out lovers but they're all "Heterosexual" Boring! come on show writers "All men!" who'd have thought, let's give the viewers a real reason to really ship them!
