What’s awesome about this coming out today is a couple days ago I found a single 2022 tin on sale at a Walmart and pulled both a prismatic secret rare dark magician girl and Dragoon out of it my day was very well made
With Rush Duels also starting to make a Sevens Road Witch centric archetype I kinda hope they give us some more DMG/Magician Girls support in the OCG/TCG. The deck is still really fun but it's definitely not up to par and I'd like to see what they could do with it to set it apart from Dark Magician
and speaking of dark magician girl,i had to get me a new one it looks like the one on your mat there. because for about ten years i had the one where it was all zoomed in her face,chest you know the original dark magician girl card before they made new one's? so yeah i had to get me a new dark magician girl card.
Dark Magician Girl's first anime experience during Yugi's duel vs Arcana was hype! So awesome to see a Dark Magician Girl deck, complete with the Palladium Oracle versions of her and Dark Magician (Mana and Mahad) - callback to the Dawn of the Duel arc!
Random yugioh question, if I use mega Raiza to remove Earthbound Immortal Aslla Piscu from the field (and put it in my hand or top of the deck) does that trigger its "if thus card is removed from the field" effect to destroy my opponents monsters? (And dealing 800 damage each monster destroyed)
From the wiki and other sources: “A card leaves the field when it is returned from the field to the hand or Extra Deck, sent from the field to the Graveyard, or banished. Cards that are used as Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon do not leave the field. When a card is returned from the field to the Main Deck, it is not considered leaving the field. Older card effects may use the term "removed from the field.”
Nice deck profile it's so nice and refreshing to see a true duelist deck that is loaded down with all those toxic annoying hand traps like ash, effect veiler, impermanence, or called by the grave. Thanks guy it's good to see people still trying to play this game the way it should be played.
@@arbogast4950 actually I win way more then lose, and when u can run a DM deck without all the garbage hand traps and still beat players like u who I'm sure does run ash and effect veiler shows that those cards are trash for trash players. If yall played yugioh when it first came out yall would know how to win and out play ur opponent without blocking out or negating them every chance u get. To me that is cheap and cowardly you duelist who just started playing this game 5 or less years ago yall run decks that arent even yours I bet your entire deck profile is copied from some youtubers deck profile they post. I can assure u mine isnt. My DM deck has my own strategy in it because I actually took the time to learn how to play. I didnt just jump in the game and steal someone else's deck ideas and strategies to win.
Downside is I would run a dark magician deck like this but the only downside is the same as for my red eyes; red eyes dark dragoon as far as master duel is concerned, is forbidden in standard
For the extra deck what would you recommend if your unable to use link or pendulum monsters?. Wondering because my local friend group generally has a gentleman's agreement to never use either of those. Mostly because the current game format is already too fast as is. I am fine even if its just multiple copies of the fusion monsters. And maybe synchro or xyz if there are any decent magician cards for those. One i thought about adding to my dark magicians was Ebon magician from the Xyz card type.
it is near impossible to xyz summon in magician girl. You run all levels 1-8 and want them as fusion material. Just focus on more fusions at that point or rank 6 like Norito. You can run effect veiler for a tuner and run some staple synchros, or consider adding white forest for synchro summons but it sounds to me like it would conflict because magician girl is so normal summon reliant.
How strong is this deck actually? Can it win against some other pur decks like Rikka, Dogmatika, crystal beasts etc? In a casual format without playing handtraps

Can anybody give me an estimate on how much this deck would run me? I already own copies of the magian girls and a handful of other cards.
For me it cost a little over 100 euro. A large part of the chunk was MAgician's Souls and Soul's Servant running over 10 euro a piece.

Not really. This deck is severely handicapped.
