I could've used this tutorial months ago! Lol! But I finally got comfortable with mock-ups and I've created a bunch within these past few weeks. Great tutorial for anyone learning. It's awesome that you put this out Leon!

Is he using the $100 Adobe photoshop? Because the one I have looks nothing like the one he works on. I’m confused if you could help.
I’m using the current version of Adobe photoshop via the Adobe suite

When it saves as gif just export it as Jpeg through photoshop. I had the same issue prior. Usually works.

@@Mikemanzales you need a new era connection so it’s like impossible unless u find a store willing to collab
@@Mikemanzalesyeah it’s a long process, in terms of licensing and stuff. Best bet is getting design approved by store with licensing approval by new era
Set up a lids custom account and they can do 59fiftys for you

What’s up brother, so after you’re done designing the cap how do you get that exact color of red for the base of the cap? Or another example for the bottom of the brim to be whatever color you’d like?

What’s the legality of making your own custom New Eras? I see all kinds of customs on social media, I doubt everyone is getting permission.
If you are making an official new era cap, it needs to go through the new era legal process
it’s needed, new era has a black and white process to apply for a contract w them. i have a couple folks who make customs near me, but i know they don’t have a contract because they don’t have a store (one of the requirements) but they can definitely get sued for that
