    A true friend is a rare gift, the kind of person you can be vulnerable with, can trust, and has your best interest at heart.
    The Arizona hot springs area along the Colorado river is stunning and beautiful!

    Great information on types of clubs and how to meet people on the road some of these methods could be used to grow a channel as well. That was an awesome hike.

    Good video, thanks for info. Interesting hike to hot springs. It's strange hearing closed dates when here, those are all open dates lol. 🍻

    • @KimannChessa

      I can see why they close. The temperatures in the desert get in the 100s in the Summer and it would be difficult to get anyone out of that canyon in an emergency. I am sure it is lovely that time of year where you live!

    Loved your oatmeal and toppings breakfast! I used to make oatmeal for breakfast and don't know why I stopped. You motivated me to do it again. The hike looked difficutl but the hot springs at the end looked amaizing.

      @@KimannChessa how did you make soy milk ?

    • @KimannChessa
      @KimannChessa  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I have a soy milk maker because soybeans must be cooked to make milk, and the machine makes the process easier. Other plant milks, like almond, cashew, and oat, are easier to make with just a blender and no cooking. I soak the nuts overnight, blend them well with water, and use a nut milk bag to stain them. There are many recipes online. My favorite is cashew milk because you don't have to stain after soaking and blending.

      Thanks Kimann!,

    • @KimannChessa
      @KimannChessa  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You are welcome. Soy milk is my favorite to make. I think it is healthier. Because it has to be cooked, I need to wait for it to cool before putting it through the nut milk bag. I tried just straining it and it doesn't work well. Sediment is always left on the bottom. The nut milk bag makes a smooth milk.

    OK a first time watching; and appreciate the vid; you may think your breakfast is healthy but it’s far too much sugar/ fructose. Soy milk is a lye .. unless you need that additional estrogen? Anyway had to harp; hate breakfast that come across as healthy but instead are a sugar & carb bomb! Yet your vid and content is really nice 🌅

      Thank you for complimenting my video! I'm plant-based, so that's how I have been eating for decades. We all do what we feel is best for our lifestyle and body. I appreciate hearing your views.

    Another great video. I never would have thought there would be that many groups. When I was younger, I'd travel all over the place and meet people. Now that I'm a lot older, it doesn't seem as easy for me. Anyway, I was wondering about the use of a walking stick. Does it help? Beautiful scenery and lady. You could have fooled me about you being an introvert.
    Stay safe.

      I'm glad you enjoyed it! I use two trekking poles when I hike, but I let Scott borrow one since the terrain was rocky. The poles help with stability and balance, decrease fatigue, protect your knees, and provide support on the downhills. I highly recommend them, even for walking around your neighborhood!

      @@KimannChessa Thanks. I think I'm going to have to look into them. I enjoy hiking but as I've gotten older, my sense of balance isn't what it use to be.
