Hey Jeff, I'm just checking out your videos and getting into the martial arts scene later in life. I'm 42, but actually in the best shape of my life. I'm watching one of your fights and some of your training videos. I'm just curious. Have you ever thought about going up a weight class or two? Protein, heavy weight lifting. You'd probably get there pretty quick. I get the feeling with your speed and skill, you might really be more of a big brawler than you think. Just a thought. I'm sure you've considered this kind of thing. Good work man.

Really impressive work in the ring and awesome follow up video. I like how you brought it back to your foundation, drills, and training so often. I also really appreciate your honesty in your analysis of when your opponent did things well; many competitors would simply leave such things out and pat themselves on the back for their moments, so your honesty is refreshing and takes the video to the next level.

This video should be used as an example for fight analysis. Consistent and easy to understand speech, perfectly enhanced with the split second highlights and relevant footage intercut with precision.
    Amazing job.

wow. I had never seen anyone break a fight so well. And it's usually not the fighter himself who does it, so they don't know exactly what the fighter was thinking and feeling. Thank you so much! I'm incredibly impressed that all your moves have so much purpose, and that you really fight like you train; stuff like the walking of the hand to trap the arm was like zen-level calmness in a really tense situation. A breakdown like this one helps me understand much better what is going on during what seems to be a chaotic fight, but in reality is a very intricate interaction.

Congratulations on the win, Jeff, and I want to state how much I appreciate not only your insightful analysis of your own performance and what you did well and what needs improvement but that you were also just as thoughtful, unbiased, respectful and analytical of your opponent as well. He did some things well and others he needs to improve on and you rightly pointed out both. He may not have a cool TH-cam channel and didn't get the win that night, but he's got his own backstory and he certainly has some skill and I've no doubt he worked just as hard as you did to make it to the One Championship cage in his own way. He deserves respect because his own hard work made your win that much more meaningful. Props to him and he'll get his "W" soon enough. Congratulations again.
