Shrooms have potential to deal with mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression, I would like to try them again but it's just so hard to source out here.

The trips I've been having really helped me a lot. I finally feel in control of my emotions and my future things that used to be mundane to me now seem incredible and full of nuance on top of that I'm way less driven by my ego and I have alot more empathy as well.

I’ve always wanted to try DMT but the consensus is that either nothing happens if you take too little and you trip balls to the extreme if you take the right amount, there’s nothing in between.

Would it be better to focus on trials and studies with micro dosing and psychotherapy rather than the therapeutic dose and psychotherapy? Start out on the smaller dose side.

I was wondering if the search for such cures coincide with the need to escape tough times in normal lives, when the economy is not doing well.

I think humans have been attempting to alter their state of consciousness for various reasons from the beginning of time. I want to point out that these medicines are not cures for mental illness. From the data I've reviewed they are not disease modifying in any way. What they do seem to do is increase neuroplasticity, improve depressive symptoms faster, and allow for longer durations between episodes. All this needs to still be confirmed in large scale randomized controlled trials. To the original question life is more difficult than it was in the past because our main focus is no longer just survival it's about finding meaning and purpose which are much more difficult and will depend largely on the individual. Hope this helps, if you haven't subscribed to the channel please do and spread the word about what we are doing here.
