Great to see a full length video again! Thank you for making these videos for all of us ❤. Maybe you could go a little more in depth into how they are used clinically (tapering off ssri/snri/tca, when to use in treatment versus augmentation with sga, how long before effects kick in, what to augmeny with, identification and treatment of hypertensive crisis and serotonin syndrome). An advanced maoi follow up video please!
Thank you for another great educational video. ESMAM unfortunately I had a bad reaction with but have been thinking about trying nardil or parnate but just super nervous. I definitely wish MAOI’s would be considered more for people with treatment resistant depression though, many have found significant relief with these meds. It’s nice to have a drug class out there that has lower risk of emotional blunting compared to SSRI’s and SNRI’s too.
Thanks for making this!
Nice vid!

Parnate was the only med that gave me any sort of measurable relief. They should be used more often
Excellent video! I’ve heard that Nardil works wonders for social anxiety because it works on serotonin, dopamine, noradrenaline and GABA.

Psychotherapy should be given more emphasis.
