I actually think this system will help me, so here are some reference notes I made for anyone interested! -Add any deadlines/homework/exams to your calendar (I'll use notion because that's where my planner is located ;p) -No strict time blocking (rigid) -Do the most important task first -Prioritise urgent and important tasks using the eins.... matrix -Focus on each individual day (plan the day based on tasks in my planner and any deadlines/exams in my calendar) - When looking at tasks, eat the frog (not literally haha), and do the most important task first!! - Be realistic with what you can get done - aim to get at least 1 important task per day -Chain harder tasks to things enjoyable (I'm assuming this is also called batching?) -Changing locations -> libraries and coffee shops -Reschedule tasks that u wasnt able to get done to the next day -Take care of your health💗
this is the advice I wish I had heard a year ago. productivity is actually overrated. it's not about how much you *produce*, which only cares on the output, but it's also about your *input*. this is why efficiency trumps productivity. love this video so much Han! im in 8th grade and I was also stuck in a self-fulfilling, energy-draining, overwhelming cycle of watching a billion productivity Notion/Google Calendar tutorials/time-management system that just DIDN'T work for me. (0:55 - 1:18) THIS IS THE VIDEO I NEEDED.
I love all your tips & tricks and they're effective too . I shared them in my last study vlog . ❤ And people found them new and effective too! Keep sharing ❤
I'm actually happy cuz my lazy brain is actually doing something productive by managing the digital calendar Btw your videos are so helpful for me cuz my boards exams are near (most imp exam of an Indian student😢)
Can you please make a video tutorial about how to take effective math notes step by step guide in a Notebook for differences math topics. I know i asked the same question earlier but i think it would benefit a lot of people and its completely up to you if you want to make a video tutorial. But gonna love your content either way❤
It's a better video! Really I need to restructure my time management system, I can make really logical plans for studying that may not exceed four hours but I don't commit to less than one! I have a midterm exam in two days and a lot of Lectures are backlogged, and my academic year started two months ago. I still don’t know how to fix this problem, given my failure to adhere to any plan I set!
I have an exam in the coming week, so I'm sleeping for like 5 hours. Should I change this habit? Because I feel like I'm forgetting the things that I had studied and I keep revising the stuffs over and over again. Should I change this habit?
OMG Han Zhango you are back with another exciting video I am so proud to see you grow day by day I am your biggest supporter and I will try to never stop watching your videos lots of love and can you please pin me please ❣️✨
