Ed Dussault Your videos are a real time and money saver and I am sure everyone really appreciates the calm way you go about explaining what the problem is and then how to resolve it. I own an A300 with about 1600 HRS. and I seem to be having a lot of occasional BIC lock-out which really makes me anxious wondering if I'm going to be able to get the machine moving again. Does the A300 have this check valve in the main control valve too? I really want to locate it so I can fix this problem. Also the Air Conditioning tune-up on the A300 doesn't seem to have all the filters and the way to blow out the condenser the way you demonstrated on the M model. Is there a video to address that issue too? Thank you so much for sharing your experience with Bobcat owners.
had this happen on our low hour 770 as well. took bobcat 3 different service techs to finally figure it out and remove it

Well see I'm having the same problem but it's the exact opposite my drive works fast but it take my hydraulic bucket stuff like 60 seconds it will try to move at first but won't for a minute

Hi there we have had the same problems on a 590 we have removed the poppet and spring which was broken in 3 pieces.
My questions are
1. Where the screen has ended up. It's not in the brake release block.
2. In this video you pulled out a double spring. It seems our machine only had one spring but in 3 pieces we hope otherwise that means all that junk will be in the main block.
Also after removing these parts we are having issues with the machine responding nicely to the controls and then other times doing the opposite to what our joystick inputs are.
Any help would be appreciated.

There is another screen in the valve that would catch it, we would need to schedule a consultation for the other issues because I'll need more information.

Thanks for the info! I have a 2013 T770 and when I first start it up the hydraulics seem sluggish and acts like it’s getting bogged down just putting the stick forward driving. After a few minutes and turning on a high flow attachment it seems to go away for the most part, but I feel like my hydraulics are still weaker than normal. 950hrs all fluids and filters have been changed, with no fix. Any ideas?
Sounds like a charge pressure issue, do you have a deluxe panel to monitor change pressure?

@@dylanbook5896 charge pressure should be 300 psi give or take. I've seen 295 to 325psi 2012 t770
After bad hydraulic leak do you do anything for air lock bleed?
Not on the skids, just fill it up and run it.
