Prosmart Lightweight Heated Vest with USB Battery

Sorry about the lack of quality in Video and audio, I am in the middle of an upgrade and my camera is still in transit from China.
This is the second USB heated Vest I have reviewed so far, slightly more expensive but it does comes with 10000mAh power bank.
At £89.99 it is still very affordable and the quality of the vest is actually decent. I bought the L size and fit my 42 inch chest perfectly.
