Because it couldn’t be sent to Hawaii?? because of the charger I was able to buy it without the charger and I then purchased an amazing Ancher Charger after first measuring the battery pocket. WHAT AN AMAZING VEST. Lasted much longer then labeled while on medium setting. Beautifully made and a delight to wear.
We really like ours and use it while riding our motorcycles as well as when it’s just cold out. Great to wear were we live while shovelling snow during the winter! Glad you like yours!

I had to order it without the charger due to Hawaiian regulations. I took a large which fit me perfectly. Still had room under it for a heavy shirt. My wife has a problem. She tried on my vest and could not zip it at all. She had a space of about two to three inches. She’s larger then your wife and a little shorter. Should she get an extra large or XX? MAHALO!
Got one for Christmas and definitely need to get 1 size up. The newer vests have heat in the back and in the chest. Also nice I can charge my phone while in my pocket.
We have a windbreaker that was a re-gift so it came with no instructions and we have no been using it properly. Did you figure all this out or did it come with instructions?
