I am pretty much in the same boat since January 2022. Have done pretty much every test there is, including MRIs' and ENT visits. Feel like rocking, swaying, bubble head, confused, disoriented. It is definitely PPPD. My ENT did say that my symptoms are very much likely PPPD. Anyways, it's a sensory issue. Somewhat like the software glitch. My brain/nervous system is not registering with my limbs, which causes my nervous system to be on high alert. I have learned that the only way to get better is by putting oneself into situations like busy places and driving on highways. The first thing I noticed was that I went into isolation and started avoiding everything. That is counterproductive. The whole idea is to face and not avoid. I have become very sensitive to busy places like grocery stores or any store with complexity of iles, products, and people. That triggers fight or flight response. On top of that, my eyes are trying to over compensate for sensory disorder, which results in my neck stiffness. I think I said enough. Peace

I have mal de debarquement syndrome for the last four and a half years after flying. Did you get this from a passive motion event?
