Thank you for making this video! I feel like I am very visual dependent. That was one of my first symptoms I noticed four years ago- I could tell my vision was “different” I couldn’t explain it. Then the dizziness started.

No they won’t. ☺️ the headshaking exercises should be small, and as fast as you can without blurring your image. But they aren’t during enough to dislodge any stones.
I'm afraid of exercises with tilting my head down, sideways, upwards because my crystals have already fallen out 3 times in a month.@@treatdizzinessathome2023
@@TDR85 yes it’s completely debilitating. Keep setting small goals for yourself and focus on function over symptoms if you can. Definitely check out my full PPPD playlist and see if there is new information for you that you haven’t heard yet. I have helped countless people with 3PPD, every case if different but I hope you have a good support system and team of health professionals to help
