So i followed every step and was in the sun, not hectic hot sun, just like mid afternoon sun. 24hrs later now the Solarex is still tackie- last 10 hours been in good sun. Please advise?

What do you mean by in the sun for "a few" minutes? Two minutes? Five minutes? Twenty minutes? What is "a few"?
