Back in the day, when I was a young man, a ricer was a Japanese import that had way to much Auto Barn (Australian poverty tier auto store) products on it.
I'm talking an r33 with a horrible body kit, a glued on hood scoop, neon underglow kit, basically a poverty spec r33 with zero actual performance mods, because poors.
Australian or American cars that were to the same poverty tier, were just tard cars.
Brings back memories my guy. Now I'm old I'm going to rant.
I used to buy r32s r33s and Silvia's for $1000-3000. I had a 1996 Supra, a Soarer, 2 s13s, an r33gtst and an m spec r32... All manuals (stick shift)
My own herd of imports.
I even scored my own R34 GTR that had been in a fire, for $2500 including the trailer to take it home. Fixed it up and sold it for 30k, and felt like wow I made a profit.... Now that car alone is well over 150k.
Keep in mind all these prices are Australian$, so like 0.73 of a US$.
It keeps me up at night man.

I think the Mustang is pretty OK looking.
Though I would change some things if it was mine for example remove all the hood scoops, replace the wheels cuz these are fucking ugly, repair these 'glory holes', Replace winshield wipers, get that sunroof off and last but not least lower it and replace the headlights with LEDs
I also like the Astra, but I think the flame doesn't fit still I find it okay. Wouldn't drive it though because it looks more like a ugly show car
I hope all the need for speed cringe stuff becomes popular again. Don't get me wrong, this stuff in the video is horrible but I think it would be awesome if people started decking out their shitty cars with neon, custom paint jobs, etc... even if they're not good cars. It's sad to see so many cobalts riced out kuz I have a 09 cobalt SS t/c tuned to 320 HP that's clean and just murdered out and it's such a fun car but it got that stigma kuz of dudes with the beater base model and the SS isn't a super common car so people probably see the big ol STOCK spoiler and think I probably riced out a economy car. You missed that on the gang sign ford, they added a blue stripe in pic 2, and the eyelids, and the fact it's almost definitely the posters car, seeing as how much was done in between, also, the race stripe is crooked, more to the left on the roof
I saw a spray painted scooby doo themed dodge minivan from the 90’s they even spray painted their Steeles orange and some of their tire.
