I once had the great pleasure of seeing this up close and personal when sailing with an old boyfriend! We would sail out of Dana Point, California and were often surrounded by dolphins. They would jump right in front of the bow! One time, I inched my way up to the edge of the bow, hanging on to the jib line to get a closer look. A dolphin was racing up to where I was and rolled over to get a better look at me! I could see its eye looking at me! Then, it righted itself and leapt up just inches in front of the bow and let out its giggling call before diving back in! It was almost like it was laughing at me! It couldn’t have been more than 3 feet beyond my outstretched fingers! BEST SAILING DAY EVER! That was 45 years ago and I remember it like it was yesterday!
I saw that. Thank goodness there is a company called Ocean cleanup or something like that who is starting to make a dent in the problem. They just throw their trash off the ships into the water
@@randomvintagefilm273a lot of the trash that you see in the ocean comes from land - people at the beach, stuff in rivers going out to sea, even hurricanes and floods push tons of garbage out in to the ocean. There are probably some ships that throw stuff overboard but not most.
If the ships stop. Your shelves in the supermarket will be empty. And most likely you will lose your job because your enterprise will not have raw materials.
You know petroleum isn't made from dead dinosaurs.... right? So it isn't fossil fuel. It's a by product of the earth. It's natural to the earth and therefore not pollution.
Good afternoon my friend, I enjoyed watching your contents, thanks for sharing.. I am working hard to grow my TH-cam channel here in Papua New Guinea. Wish you all the success May God bless you and your family always

I would also always remember such a good story 👍
Look at those beautiful creatures showing off and all happy! ❤❤❤
OMG how sad that they’re out in the middle of the ocean and *blam!* there it is… human litter. 😢

Une légende raconte que les dauphins sont les âmes des marins qui sont morts en mer et que c'est pour ça qu'ils entourent les bateaux.
I love that ❤
As the seas rise those playful creatures will be swimming over Sri Lanka without even realizing where they are.
I wonder why dolphins do this in front of boats? Are they protected by the huge object in their water? Is it just for fun?
For the pure joy of it, I would imagine. They seem to push against the pressure wave the bow creates.
They also swim in front of large whales with much the same effect.
They are definitely having fun, but there are also small fish swimming there, which they probably eat.
So cool 🕊️💖🌹
Boy can they fly!
Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful sight and sea creatures!
And they are just playing!
So lovely!
You should rename the video to get more views. This is awesome, more people should see it!

Siri Lanka, a place not usually associated with something so pleasant, nice for once. Seems usually it's something political and negative.
It's always great. We liked and enjoyed to the end. Thanks
Stop driving your friggin fossil burning boats in these beautiful ecosystems
