Anni-Frid is a beautiful and very special woman. Her talent and will made her an icon of the perfect female singer. Here in Brazil, ABBA also sold many records and scored memorable hits on radio stations. She's my all-time favorite in the group. May God keep you always healthy and happy.

That was a beautiful tribute to both Frida and ABBA, but Frida is by far my favorite, and I also consider the other 3 icons as well. They all have been through a lot and still manage to stay together as a group/band and most importantly, as friends💕💕 They all contribute something to the band. I admire Frida a lot. She NEVER gave up on anything she did or set out to do, especially when things/events in her life got rough. I don't know what else to say about her, I'm speechless ,except my heart goes out to her 😘🥰💕⚘⚘⚘⚘

Agnetha may have drawn more attention when her back was turned, but Frida was so much more beautiful, and she had stage presence far beyond the three others.

Tastes differ, I love them both, Agnetha is my most favour a Frida too.
Agnetha had blonde hair and the tush. Frida had her green eyes and smile, and the legs. Both women were beautiful, both women were talented. They had very different yet complimentary personas… fire and ice. It worked really well as a dynamic for the group, and their voices together were perfection.

They believe that Frida shines more as a singer, while Agnetha shines more as a performer

Agnetha is great at storytelling, so in that sense she ‘performs’ a song well, but Frida was the better live performer who was more comfortable and confident on stage.
@@graphiquejack you dont ever get it, Jack. There is no better or worse here. Agnetha didnt need to spin around on the stage, she had so much charisma and the high emotionality of her voice. Her presence alone was captivating.
And this does not take anything away from Frida! Both ladies were gorgeous, and the match of those four was made in heaven.
Just watch MY LOVE, MY LIFE, which Benny and Björn wrote to show what a great singer Agnetha was. She was shining like the sun on her great songs, like SOS, Winner Takes..., Day B4 U Came etc. So, stop these silly comparisons. Frida and Agnetha were both just fantastic, and it is hard to believe how those good looking, glamouros charismatic girls could as well be the best band vocalists of all times, and all that together in the same band!

A lot of people don't believe this but when I was 24 in 1993 I met my biological mother Greta. My biological maternal grandmother told me that Frida is my second cousin.

My wife is 62 and you could almost put her and Frida’s pictures from teenager to today and they would be close to twins. Both even went from redhead to blonde and both have that little extra spark in life. It took me a while to figure out why I was so infatuated with Frida when I realized it felt like watching videos of my wife when she was younger. Except Frida sings a whole lot better than my wife LOL.

the only observation I would make is that, musically, "Take a chance on me" is a song where Agnetha excels in the solos, and also with her most powerful high-pitched voice in catchy chorus
now I hope you continue with the remaining members of ABBA

her father was N O T a nazi soldier, he was a german soldier. there is a very big difference in being a soldier and commandered to do things and in doing things because you believe in it. Norway was occupied by the germans during WW2 and is was not looked kindly upon the girls who had affairs with the germans- hence why her grandmother moved to Sweden with Frida

So much incorrect information! Did you get your info from tabloids? For example, not every German soldier in WW2 were Nazi's. Most of them were drafted in the army.
And Frida Ensam included the first original version of Fernando, in Swedish. That became a huge hit, resulting in the English version by ABBA.
Missing out on this sort of background information makes your total video sucks!

Well I think it is rude publishing this kind of information, without any fact checking, assuming here father was a Nazi. Then you missed so many other highlights of Frida, for instance here cooperation with Phil Collins, here single with Jon Lord, ( The sun will shine again) and here last recording with Arturo Sanduval were she sang Andante Andante in spanish. That was before getting back in the studio.
So in my opinion; you took some clips from the Internet, some pics, added the text you got from unreliable sources just to get a few "clicks" on YT since ABBA is big business after there release of Voyage.

What you are doing is getting lost in the semantics of he was in the Nazi army, but he wasn't a Nazi, that's irrelevant and I had already explained a lot of the situation. His politics didn't influence her so it doesn't matter. Frida did many things and worked with many people, this isn't a detailed biography, it's highlights so we can get to the point of why she is iconic. She's not remembered for her solo career, no matter how good her albums were so I offered a glimpse of that. ABBA is always big business and if I wasn't a fan, I would have probably done a video on the entire band, not just one of the members ;) Instead of helping me understand what you didn't like from the get-go, so I can hopefully grow and make better videos, you only managed to make me rather sad. If your intention was to make me aim for better, you failed. If your intention was to make me sad, you succeeded. Have a good day!
