Landscape Photography @ Mt Fuji

- Mt Fuji is one of the most impressive sights on the planet, and it's a really fun location for landscape photography. However, as impressive as it is, it's not the easiest landscape photography location on earth. Finding a great photo here can be really tricky and can take some time and exploration.

I'm curious, what's your favourite mountain in the world to photograph?
Well, so far, Mt Hood, but only because I've not traveled out of the US yet. What would you recommend for your first trip out of county for a photography adventure?
Grand Tetons
Matterhorn. Allways when I am there, it's clouded. Makes you think sometimes, it does not exist 😂
I love to see sunrise on Mięguszowiecki Szczyt Wielki in Polish High Tatra. It's our local Matternhorn :) There is polish photographer @Focustoinfinity who nailed that moment perfectly previous winter. If you don't want to hike there during a night (legal only during winter time), you can stay in huge shelter at Morsie Oko lake. You have to come and see it! I also need to go back there to make my previous shot better.
Mount Rainier in Washington State.
I recon the crisp asparagus maple syrup in the shoved in the soft balls might have been worth a shot 😆

A bit of both! @jamespopsys is great at seeing the composition in the clutter though, definitely something I wish I could be better at!
Those things you are eating are Mochis man... you should be able to find them in most Asian grocery stores if you have any back home.
Yeah… Japan daylight schedule is out of sync with the rest of the world. Very early sunrises and sunsets. Summertime it starts getting light 4am. Even when you live here… Fuji is a pain in the ass to photograph. When you think it’s a nice day… all the clouds congregate at the mountain. It’s really hit or miss! Nice episode!
I understand the reasons for their timezones, but it doesn't make it easy on a photographer haha

It literally means “Big Luck” in English.
大 (Dai): Big or Great
福 (Fuku): Luck or Blessed
