With the amount of gas caps I see popped open WHILE people are driving in AZ (sometimes without the actual gas cap!! Not even cover to clarify) I’m not gonna lie she is the type of person I would expect to leave it open 😂 so naïve that she couldn’t have possibly left it open at least this once.

Most cars have a roll over valve that prevents siphoning. Some also have a screen to stop debris and hose from entering.
