I didn't fry it to be dry. Although it is fried rice it is important that it is still moist so it's easy to eat.

Hi, the chicken bouillon powder I used serves the same purpose as Maggi cube.
Do we have to cook the curry with the rice. Can we add it to the veggies before adding the rice.
I prefer cooking it with the rice because it infuses the whole rice.
