Hi Beth. You are completely and utterly NOT lazy. It’s so obvious from the video and your voiceover that you’re exhausted. I also have chronic pain and tiredness due to various health conditions. It’s a vicious cycle - pain makes you tired but also interrupts any good quality sleep so you get more tired and so it goes on. I’ve gone round the whole am I just incredibly lazy merry go round. I think it’s easier to blame yourself for being lazy (something you can easily “fix”) than accept this is a longer term issue with no quick fixes. I totally feel your physical and emotional pain. One thing I have learnt over the years is to pace myself. If I try to do all the things on a good day, I know I will have set myself up for a number of bad days, my body just can’t cope. Little and often is key for me. Prioritising is really important too. Accepting I have only so much to give and deciding what to do with my energy means I get what I really need / want to do done each day. I really hope you find an answer to what is making you so low and are able to regain your oomph. In the meantime, there’s plenty online about strategies to help with chronic fatigue and pain which might help. Most importantly, be kind to yourself as you would to a loved one in a similar position. Feeling like you do is not something anyone would choose xx
@@AnnaO-uk Anna thank you so much. I really felt this comment. I honestly thought going as much as humanly possible on the good days was the best plan, and you’re making me consider that maybe it’s not. Thank you for seeing me. It really matters.
Good morning Beth, you can only do what you can and something is better than nothing. You are awesome and keep going. I still think your comments are hilarious and if I lived closer I would happily help with housework as long as you entertained me lol. You are the only you tuber who ever returns a comment I leave and just to be acknowledged is so appreciated. Take care of yourself.😊
Morning Michelle!! You are so sweet. If you lived closer I would have you over just to body double me. You could sit in the room and watch me wander around and tidy while we chatted away! Just let me know how you take your coffee ☕️
Hey! That was me with the ectopic pregnacy. And even though what we have going on medically wasn't the same what you are feeling is REAL and VALID! Like I said, dismissing alarm bells on your body can literally kill you. I will never do that to myself again. Moms in particular I think really push themselves and alot of times our own drs downplay when we present them with problems. In my case because I was diagnosed with depression as a young teen apparently that's ALL the causes of my issues. Not the fact that I was internally bleeding. (Side note: for women who do have an ectopic pregnacy, it's alot more common than what's talked about. And DO NOT settle for the "oh your hcg blood levels are dropping no need for a scan" when you are feeling more than the "cramping" they tell you from the medication. If I would have had a scan they would have seen the pregnacy was in fact not shrinking even a little bit regardless of my levels! And while I would have had surgery regardless and lost that tube I would not have had all the trauma to my body from the blood loss and lose my ovary and severe damage to my abdominal sidewall from it literally exploding inside of me) I ended up going back to work 2 days after my emergency surgery, again pushing myself and it took me twice as long to recover when I should have just taken that week off. In all honesty what happened to me isn't even what changed my outlook on caring for myself. It was the loss of my dad last year. My dad did not take care of himself whatsoever until after he had cancer twice from smoking and by then it caused so much damage that his body couldn't fight. He didn't get to meet his final grand baby. I went into labor two days after his funeral. That's what made me realize I need to take care of myself so I can be around for my kids and grandchildren. While you can't always control everything we should definitely try our best. All that to say, please take care of yourself!❤
Hi Kayla!!! I absolutely can not believe you went back to work 2 days later! That’s so crazy. I’m so sorry to hear about the loss of your father. It’s heartbreaking that’s what it took for you to be able to give your body some kindness and actually listen to it. I am so grateful you shared your story with us! It’s such an important lesson to hear. I’m happy to see you again babe. 🥰
I feel so bad for you!!! You sound so exhausted!!! I don’t mean this rude at all but why is your family not helping out? I struggle with anxiety and depression and in the last few years, especially the last year have designated more help from the kids. My husband is great about helping but I would always just do things myself so it was done quicker and the “right” way. I learned to let go a little and it has helped so much. I do give my kids a timeline on when things need to be done by. They have responsibilities daily through the week.(we don’t call them chores at our house because everyone has responsibilities in our household) Then on the weekends they just do random things I need help with. It has helped sooo much!!! I really encourage you to get those kiddos and the hubby helping you, especially right now! ❤❤
I’m feeling a little better now that I know I have some health deficiencies to address. My husband works a demanding job full time, I am not going to add more to his plate. What if he takes on half the housework but then I have to go get a job to contribute financially? Ew! No thank you. Trophy wife for life. The kids do help but not on camera. People are horrifying out here in these comments and my kids get to choose if they are shown or not. I made the choice to clean on camera, not them :)
@@feraltradwife I’m so sorry, I didn’t mean to offend you, truly! I just know how hard it is to be ran down and still having to do everything else. I realize your kiddos help out because you have mentioned it in other videos. Don’t wear yourself out just so we have a video. Take care of you. We don’t want you getting too women down.❤️❤️
Well done Beth, another great job. Despite being unwell, you set a goal and you achieved it, filmed it, did a voice over and uploaded it. You are amazing; never forget that. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for showing your after-shots regardless of where you had to stop working. I appreciate the "progress not perfection" they demonstrate. That has to be my mindset in regards to housework so it helps to know I'm not alone in it.
Good morning. Remind yourself you are capable. You are capable and worthy of a clean home. Capable and worthy of a clean stress free space. You did great! I’ve mentioned this before, you have a beautiful home. I had the dish pileup you have x3 and they were the doom of my existence. Then, last year I received a Christmas card from my neighbor where she shared everything she was grateful for. Ever since, although I still hate washing dishes, I do it with gratitude. Gratitude for Being able to have several meals a day, and remembering the pain I feel when I’m so hungry but only because I am lazy to cook. My house looks the same. I understand you. I’ve started cleaning a bit every hour or so. Telling myself, I’m going to clean the counters and leave the dishes for the next hour and so on. It’s worked. Now, I tell myself, you can clean this kitchen in one swoop. Though I want to give up several times I hold myself to it and then take a break before my next mission. You got this. I believe in you.
Thank you so much for your sweet support. You are always so kind!! I’m working so hard on being kind to myself. I am so grateful for what I have, and I need to work harder to show that in the videos. I think I’m still stuck with feeling embarrassed to show that it leans more toward putting pressure on myself and not showing how thankful I am? I am excited to get a little more done today. I think I can finish the whole kitchen at least!
@@MillennialMeg uhhhhh, maybe that’s because you beat me up and made me do it first! You bullied and pushed and prodded and I got off my butt and did it without apologizing. Thank you so much for being my TH-cam lifeline. I promise to have energy or fake having energy when we do our collab video this weekend!!!
I have one cat and the hair is out of control! I've been brushing him as often as I can and it is helpful on how much hair is left to shed all around. As always, it's been awesome cleaning with you!! Your sarcasm is at the perfect level.... Mine can get a little overwhelming 😂
I started watching you about a month ago and my husband and only son is named calvin. I relate to you so much and love your content girl. You are so real and I appreciate it girl❤
Wow!! Most relatable content I’ve seen in a while! Great job!! I hope all your levels get in order! Supplements were a game changer in my overall health and pregnancies!!! ❤
I understand the feeling of being tired all the time, because I have severe depression disorder. Give yourself a break girl!!❤ Sweet potato is precious!!! 😻
Good morning beautiful! I am here watching ... I know this will be great! I am going through it with the aches and pains myself this week 😢. I feel your pain. You got this girl! 💕🙏🏽🙌🏽
I FINALLY got to sit down and watch your video! I've been trying to for days! Ok.. a day...whatever. It's so crazy how we do this to ourselves. The viewer's story that you shared is exactly what I'm talking about. We are the voice of reason and validation for literally everyone else in our lives, but not ourselves. Who cares for us? We have to do this for each other. As moms, wives, friends, we need to be that voice of reason and validation for each other. Pairing Vitamin D3 and K2 with B12 and B6 have greatly improved my energy levels. I just take the regular shmegular kind you buy at the store. I have also found that wearing some sort of shoes around my house also helps me with my muscle and joint pain. But my pain is from a different source, so I recognize that that might not work for you. It's worth a shot if you're willing though. I watched this, and I felt it so much. I think you're amazing for toughing it out and getting after it. I think you did an amazing job! ❤
I knew the d3 and k2 but not the b12 with b6 so I will be looking into that!! I absolutely refuse to wear shoes!!! How dare you!!! I’m actually out running an errand and I don’t have shoes on. I love you so much! Don’t tell anyone!
".... or are you being a sissy about it..." NO. You are not a sissy. I thought the same thing for awhile. I kept working and working and working endless 40+ hours a week even when my hips would pop out of place. I was on shift when I had an ovarian cyst rupture and had to call a coworker so I could go to the ER. I even had to call my husband to drive me there even though it was a half a mile away. Mind you, I worked midnight shift and its like 2am when I had this happen. Then, 2 years later, I get diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Pain and exhaustion is my daily. Girly, when you need a rest... REST. 💜🙏🏻
I used to think I was a really lazy person, and then one day I woke up feeling well rested and had all this energy that I had never had before and I got SO much done without even thinking about it. Like, I'd notice something needed doing and I was doing it without thought, whereas usually I'd have to convince myself to do it or I'd just leave it for later because I couldn't be bothered. It was great. And that was the day I realised that I'm not lazy, I'm just overwhelming tired all. the. time. Because when I had the energy, I was doing it all and it wasn't easy. Bittersweet because now I knew it wasn't me but I also knew what it was like not to feel like that and it's so frustrating to struggle all the time when you know that it doesn't have to be that way. I have no idea what was different about that day because I haven't had one like it before or since. I've had blood work over the years that have shown low iron or low vitamin d and while getting those levels back to where they should be definitely helped (I could not believe how much being low on iron affects your energy levels), I'm still physically struggling on a daily basis and my doctor can't figure out why. All this to say, you are not lazy. I know you know that but I wanted to reiterate it. Your physical health can have so much more of an impact than we realise, especially since it's usually a slow decline so we don't notice how bad it's getting until it's real bad (at least that's what happened for me). I think you're doing amazing. I wouldn't be able to run a house with three kids and multiple pets and keep everyone fed and healthy and educated and happy with any consistency, and that's without keeping on top of mess and cleaning. I'm still catching up on your backlog but I'm super proud of how far you've come so far!
Ok, you are the most real clean with me blogger ever! I literally laughed out loud at the slow tilt cam 😂 Good job pushing through with fatigue...I feel you on that.
Ditto! I just piddled around today and did what I could. I have chronic pain and illnesses and just can't alot. I'm glad to find someone else that understands (not glad you're exhausted too)
@@rumblersgear3369 lol, isn’t it funny how we are happy to find someone like us but we have to give the caveat that we are not happy they are like us. I get it. I’m glad you understand, and not glad you understand. Xoxo
Hi Beth I think you should get a deep cleaning service to get your house to a point where you just have to keep up with the already cleaned and organized home idk maybe that helps you
Good morning Beth this is my first time to comment I just love your blog you really motivate me thank you I'm 65yrs old and I don't move as I use to but I try,I just love your family here's more power to you ❤️
Nice to see you again, I can relate to your pain and no energy, that’s where I’ve been the last few years. It’s very frustrating for me cause I use to be a workhorse, now all we can do is what we can do right? Hope you’ll feel better 🔜 ❤
IN CASE YOU HAVE NOT HEARD THIS LATELY...I AM PROUD OF YOU FOR THE THINGS YOU COULD GET DONE TODAY!! YOUR STRUGGLES ARE VALID AND YOU HAVE A TEAM OF US BEHIND YOU SENDING YOU ENERGY TO CONTINUE TAKING ONE STEP IN FRONT OF THE OTHER!
You will get there, it takes time to get them levels up. I've been there and it's awful. Just rest and the mess will still be there when you get some energy. Hugs xoxo
Wait did I miss something? I didn’t see you put any detergent in the dishwasher before starting. I used to be a wash the dishes before putting in dishwasher, girl, but TH-cam has opened my eyes to the magic of letting the dishwasher do the work for you! First boo-boo was putting dishes in the dishwasher that still had dish soapy water on them. Something about the liquid dish soap reacting with the dishwasher detergent. Second boo-boo was not putting the dishes in dirty. Something about the dishwasher detergent having something to cling to and break down. Just give it a scrape off and load in. Third was learning how to load the darn thing, giving everything some space, but not too much. Last but not least, the ONLY detergent that actually works for me and my hard well water with high iron content, are the cascade platinum plus pods and finish brand rinse aid. Takes me less than 5 minutes to get the dishwasher loaded (no pots & pans in it ever), and then the machine does all the work for me.
Hi, Beth! I have been watching your channel recently... I think that you should probably try to tidy up at the moment when the chaos appears and focus on one area of your house while cleaning. Set you a prize (watching videos, going for a walk, reading, playing games, whatever you want to do) for the work done. I don't know if you may ask the members of the family to help you by tiding up also especially when the area is clean. My greatest struggle is to maintain the surfaces out of clutter. Whenever I clean, it always appear to be something that creates visual noise. This makes me anxious, so I try to tidy immediately. When my daughter is out of town, I may keep the order, but with her is impossible. She is 10 and does not set her mind that cleaning is so important, so she throws her stuff and produces garbage around the house. Once based on a video in a Spanish channel, we made a competition who of us will manage to tidy and arrange her surface faster for a time set. We didn't manage to tidy everything, but we achieved a significant success. If you want, you may apply this in your life. I wish you strength and never allow yourself to think that you are lazy!!! I send you lots of❤!
GM!! I know you need the mess for content (and we totally appreciate it!) I hope if you are that ill, hubby and kids help out! Wishing you well, and to be feeling better soon! 💜💜
You should do a livestream of stuffing your couch cushions! 😂 We all have that *thing* we need to do that we have in waiting but just starting it is the biggest step in the process. When we’re put on the spot and/or not alone can make it way more enjoyable and not as overwhelming Or be like me and once the husband starts it, take over because he isn’t doing it right 😅
If you have to wash dishes before you wash them in the dishwasher your dishwasher is not working. It may be just as well to wash them in the left sink, rinse in right sink and let them air dry in a dish drainer. New subscriber - Debby
Debby, it’s more a character flaw than a dishwasher flaw. I’ve done it just whole life and I just don’t feel like they’re clean if I don’t. It’s a whole issue. Welcome!! I’m so glad it gave you! 🤗
Beth loved to hear you are taking vitamins, have you had your sugar levels checked and your A1-C . I feel like you do at times with the soreness in my body
One tip that has really helped me be a slightly tidier person is to never leave a room empty handed. People automatically think you’re lazy when your house is messy, but it’s really a combination of things. For me, I realize a lot of it comes down to inefficient cleaning style. I move from one thing to the next without completing things, while getting a zillion steps in. Also, the 3 wave system from Clean My Space has been helpful bc it helps me move clockwise around the room as opposed to just moving around aimlessly. But let’s be honest, routine cleaning techniques are BORING so they’re still very much a chore for me.
Oof! It’s terrible my love. I’ve actually decided the next time I have a burst of energy I’m going to make a ton of freezer meals for when times like these come about
@feraltradwife that's a really good idea. It's just waiting for that burst. What I've always been told by doctors, etc, is to listen to your body and not to push it. You are doing amazing x
You’re doing fine. We all have times when we just can’t. Right now I am on day three of no electricity since hurricane Beryl swept through here and if you move too much you just sweat. We even have a generator so we have fans and lights, but still. I start teaching piano in half an hour. But it’s going to be fine. It’ll be fine.
@@feraltradwifeThey’ve already “fixed” my neighborhood - EXCEPT FOR 39 HOUSES!! I said they won’t be back here until all 2 million affected houses have power back.
Thanks Kim! I am working hard to get that vitamin D back up and I went to go get hormone support for perimenopause. I’m hoping it will fix things! Have a beautiful day babe!
You just related all the symptoms I have right now. I think as a woman, we get burned out..we have so many things that we go through, we run ,run and run and can't understand why we are so exhausted. I think it's our body telling us to chill for a while. We can only do so much in our lives..and in this time you need not be so hard on yourself .
Omg your voice overs are hilarious lol but also honest and true and I love it, but omg could you imagine if it was just a smell that started a zombie apocalypse, that would suck big time lol
Good morning Beth 🤗 I think you did a great job my friend, but, you haven’t given yourself enough grace! This is exactly how I was during perimenopause (that started at 27 for me) the last 4 years have been extremely exhausting. I had to totally give up coffee, BEST THING I EVER DID!!!!! No more brain fog. But, I made it! WOOT 🎉 Now knowing you were getting energy boosts from vitamins I thought Ya’know she can not get the upper hand and do better then me so I am trying that too, so far they have fought off a massive migraine, keep it down to an annoying headache level 🤣🤣🤣 I’ll take it 🤗 I’m looking forward to your next video, maybe a self care one, like doing your nails, daily face routine, and whatever else people do lol I dunno know man, I’m wild-child outback county girl here, my self care is weak at best 🤣🤣🤣 I wonder what Meg or Nikki do for self care? 🤔 It’s a mystery I guess 🤭
I love that you’re taking some vitamins too!!! I actually have some lab work today and I *know* it’s too soon but I’m excited to see if there is any change in my vitamin D levels. UHHHH SPOILERS YOU BUTTHOLE, I do have a self care video planned coming up. 😂 I wanted to try something a little different and I’m excited for that one. I was on the progesterone replacement this past week, but I was still so tired. I didn’t consider the perimenopause a strong cause…. I’m going to look into it more. Anyway, I don’t love you. Leave me alone. Have a meh day.

Are you also low iron? I am borderline low iron ( 1 point above anemic, or under 10-11 which is anemic… I take slow release iron target brand - feel better. I had low vitamin D as well- I take 5k per week to feel okay, or optimal - I also have gluten allergy- I’ve done dairy and gluten free because of bad allergies- my energy, bloating and weight has gone down a LOT- over the months I’ve been off of those foods. You’re not crazy! I’m always tired- vitamins and watching my allergies help - hugs
Gen X woman here - I'm just going to be blunt - I hope it helps. Cleaning the house and all that it entails is boring, tedious, and relentless. When everything is a mess it's overwhelming to know where to start, and even then, cleaning creates its own projects. Your heart and intention is in the right place, and it's wearing you out. My ideas: This is your domain, your home represents your hard work- own that sh*t- stop compromising with others who are making a mess for you (go thrift some wicker baskets, tie a label to the handle for each person). You have decision fatigue. Start with a trash bag in the am get rid of all that clutter, then toss everyone's stuff into their basket- put it on their beds (husband too). You are not a sissy, you are not lazy, you are overwhelmed and everyone in your house knows it and needs to step up- they won't until you take charge and take control over your domain. You won't get off this hamster wheel until you do. I speak from experience - when you start seeing this as a reflection of you, who you are, this is your job, your domain- you have the right to be proud of your home and what you do- the way you are sabotaging it is by letting others not be responsible. You deserve to have the house the way you want it, this is your "office". Okay- once you pick up the trash and put everyone's crap in a basket in their space- block yourself into the room you are cleaning- get some high visible masking tape (I know this sounds weird) let's do the living room- put a strip of the tape on the floor creating walls for the room - bring all of your cleaning stuff into that zone, and you have to stay in that area until it's done - you will find with practice you get more efficient, faster, and the satisfaction of pulling off the tape (low adhesive blue tape is best) will feel like a huge win. You need some wins to build momentum here. By forcing yourself to stay in one area (the blue tape is lava, you can't pass LOL), you won't wear yourself out so much running around, things will get done, you will feel better. This is your life, you deserve to have it be the best it can be, you love your family, you want to do right by them, be the mom be the wife, this is your domain.
It may not seem great , but you did wonderful!! I don't see a lazy a person in you. I see a mom and wife that is determine to make her house a home for her family despite the fact that she does not feel up to par.
Don't be so hard on yourself.. remember to talk to yourself as if you were talking to a friend.. supportive and understanding 💜 Also i know you haven't forgot that you are a super human with magical powers... 😉
I have huge panic attacks when I do housework. I can do bits at a time then I have to sit while the majority of the attack eases. Sometimes I just can’t make myself do it at all. Some days my home looks passable but most of the time it looks nasty.
Hi Beth! Just chip away what you can. Have you tried taking B12 vitamins? That really helps me when I feel like this. I use the sublingual B12. Hope you feel better! 🥰
It is not horrible to have a messy home , my mom was a TRUE mess and I never even noticed.. Im a neat freak by nature but I dont see a mess I see a life happening :)
Please update me on the dishes you didn’t wash before putting in the dishwasher. I spent 20 minutes unloading dirty dishes someone put in the dishwasher , washing them and reloading. Thanks 😊
I am torn between thinking I would love to work from home and also it would be extremely hard to have work/life separation. On one hand, no commute and you’re in your own space. On the other it would feel like I’m never really fully at work or fully at home. How do you feel about it?
@feraltradwife I love it. I feel like it's easier for me to know what's going on with my kids' school and home life. I can do things at home on my break and lunch time. When I log off, I'm focused on home life. No commute is great but I'm with my children and that's more important to me.
Do you have fibromyalgia? I do and you just described my life!! Most days I'm good..but lately..whew...fatugue is awful..I still have to vacuum..a have a short haired pit bull in my house...and OMG how does one dog shed more than my other dog AND 2 cats!!? I literally have to vacuum every single day! The floors the TV, the tv stand, the couch, every where!!😂
@@nerdygirl857 It’s been suggested quite a bit! I have no idea if i do, but I hate the idea of having it so I will go full ostrich after mentioning it to my doctor next week 🫠
I know how you feel I'm always tired some days i can't do anything but it doesn't matter my kids are grown up so it's just me my partner and the dog dog you can always do it tomorrow ❤
It’s awful when it gets to this level, isn’t it? I kept trying for the “I’ll do it tomorrow” and it just became too hard to live in. I’m sure I’ll be able to get a little more done today! I hope you have a day filled with energy Angela 🥰
YOU ARE NOT LAZY! Everything you're feeling is real and is probably menopause related. Rest and sleep as much as you can. Do a little bit at a time to conserve energy. I'm the same.
Girl! That’s a lot of stuff. If I were there we would be laughing and panic cleaning. ( if we could stay focused)You are so funny. I’m amazed because you are so talented in a lot of ways but you struggle to focus. I have ADHD but I’m like you but I obsess on certain areas which sometimes is a good thing. I love your voiceovers. I’m shocked at the funny things you say. You are so quick witted. We really could be friends . To hell with cleaning get the wine! I’ll be over.
Your kids need to help! Even small chores or jobs make huge difference. Try 5 minutes 3 times a day before meals. Just pick up each room or reset. It’s a life saver.
Lol sweet potato is so loud the first time I heard her I thought it was your vacuum lol hun I hope they have figured out what is wrong it broke my heart to see you almost break down I wish I was closer I so would of helped you
I wish I could give you good news about the time it takes to up your Vitamin D level, but my experience was not fast. In fact, it too over a year for my symptoms to resolve. But, your recovery isn’t necessarily going to be the same length as mine, so just try to be patient, kind, and gentle with yourself and allow yourself more time to rest while your body is adjusting. Fatigue wasn’t 1 of my symptoms with Vitamin D deficiency. But, more recently I’ve had a B-12 deficiency, and fatigue, dizziness, and foggy thinking were the symptoms. I had B-12 shots weekly for a while, then was able to switch to tablets. Other things may be going on in addition to vitamin level problems. Early menopause, psychological issues, myriad medical problems. When they checked your Vitamin D, did they check all the vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, hormones, etc? I’m not suggesting that they should have. I’m just saying if the fatigue, etc persists while your bone and muscle pain is decreasing, then it might be good to go back to the Dr or at least call to see if the fatigue is “normal” for your condition. Just some thoughts. Good luck! You’re a great mother, wife, pet owner, human being!
Yes! So I did get my hormones tested because I thought a lot of this could be perimenopause. My estrogen and testosterone were fine but my progesterone was deep menopausal levels. Like it just left. So this was my first cycle on progesterone replacement. I think it did help, but the deep exhaustion was still there. I am going to give it 6 months and do another panel I believe. I also am getting a new primary care provider with the VA and so will have labs drawn up this week and I’ll have a glimpse at if the vitamin d supplements are helping maybe??
@@feraltradwife Sure, ask if they’ll check vitamin D level. When I was having D problem, science had poor ability to check Vitamin D. To get any deficiency reading Indicated a very significant deficiency. I have no idea how accurate readings are now, but with all you’re doing to increase D, improvement, even after such a short time, might show in the reading. That would give you a real boost in hope. I, too, had & have the same hormonal imbalance. I have a Mirena IUD, which for 5 years provides progesterone replacement. I know symptoms for conditions, etc can vary. But, I didn’t experience fatigue or low energy associated with the low progesterone. So glad you’re working with medical to feel better. Do you have any experience with Asian medicine or naturopathy? I had great experience with acupuncture and understand that prescribed Asian teas and other elixirs, as well as naturopathic medicine can be very helpful. But, I would want a reference to a practitioner from someone I trusted.
You're not chronically lazy. Has your thyroid been tested? Antibodies as well. Not just a TSH test. Do you have any autoimmune diseases? I have alot of things and take alot of meds, so the way you describe your body pain and fatigue i was curious. You're doing great ❤
Hi guys just checking in on you hope all went good with your family and friends hope everything is going well with you and your family love you all so much
Those vacuum troubles were a sign that you shouldn’t have been cleaning 😂 I hope you get your energy back soon! It is no fun feeling fatigued all the time.
Hey you did great! I do not think you are lazy. I believe you get overwhelmed. For the island I suggest. You wipe down 1/4. Then slide everything to that side. Wipe down the rest of the island. It will look way better with limited work
I am allergic to animals too. It is so sad cause I am an animal lover! Could your allergies from the animals be what is messing with your body? I know I cannot have animals without suffering. We have 2 guinea pigs and I can't even look at them without breaking out in a rash. I grew up with dogs and I was so sad when I could no longer cuddle with them when I was in my 20's. I was in an allergy funk until we chose not to get another dog. I am still struggling with the rest of my allergies like pollen. It is a true bummer. After cleaning the living room where all the hair from the animals were, you got tired. Could it be the animal dander?
It’s for sure the rotties dander that makes me sneeze so much. When we had her brother it was so much worse. But if she licks me or I pet her too much I get incredibly itchy and sneezy. She’s in her golden years and I’m more than happy to take a few allergy pills to keep her around. But after she passes I’ll have to do a huge dander deep clean
@@feraltradwife We had 2 small pit mixes and their dander was going to kill me. Allergies actually led to bronchitis a couple times. Allergies mess with our overall body as you well know. I miss having cuddly dogs. Growing up my best friend was my dog, Bodger. He was a chow/collie mix and I swore I could hear him talking to me LOL. He was there whenever I needed a shoulder to cry all the way up to college. Then I went to college with no animals and realized how bad my allergies were when I came home for Christmas break. I was in an allergy funk and my 14 year old dog was dying of lyme's disease (unknown to us in 1998 cause this was before ticks were considered the culprit and they didn't test for lyme in animals as a standard). Wow, I haven't thought of Bodger for a while and I forgot he died of Lyme's disease. Well, that was full circle.
@@GentlyM3 oh man! I’m actually glad this pulled Bodger into your mind. Sometimes I feel like our loved ones, including pets, just miss us so much they jump into our conversations and memories just to say hi. So hi sweet Bodger!! You are missed deeply and I hope you have bumped into some of my fur babies up there!
Oh yeah!!! We had one growing up, Jake. He did shed a ton!! I feel like my German Shepard/husky mix shed more but that could have just been because the color was more noticeable.

My head is sometimes all over, thinking of how many things I need to do and so many times I don't get to even one thing or at least finish one thing properly, so it's so real and I do understand.
Do you snore? Maybe you have sleep apnea at night. I had those same symptoms and discovered I wasn’t sleeping because I would stop breathing all night so I couldn’t get into a deep sleep causing sleep deprivation . Hola from New England! LOL Have a great day!! :-) I feel you on the exhaustion front! Day 15 of Doxycycline to hopefully get rid of this Lyme crap! I have been having a hard time giving myself grace as well. I know that giving myself crap for being sick will not make it better, but I just feel so far behind and with no help or end in sight. I just keep putting one foot in front of the other, but dang. I need to sit down for a second Lol
@@GentlyM3 I KNOW THATS CODE FOR MAINE!!! How many days of doxy will you need? Do you think you’ll feel recovered by the end or it’s still a long haul to being better? I hope you give yourself grace! Which is so much easier said than done. It’s reasonable to me that you need rest and recovery and that it’s hard to tackle being so lethargic. But obviously when it comes to me I’m just a pile of crap 😂😂 we are our best bullies. Feel better my love.
@@feraltradwife HAHA!! It was, but I was trying to be respectful LOL I gaslit myself about needing to get help for the tick bite, and I am praying that stubbornness doesn't land me with a permanent problem. As far as recovery from Lyme, I really don't know if it is a permanent issue like I am reading or if the antibiotic can rid the body of it. I still feel very tired mentally and physically. I can't really tell if I am sick from the antibiotic or the tick bite at this point. I think it is going to be months before I know if I am out of the tick woods. Ugh! I am afraid to go outside. They are so damn small some of them, you can't even see.
I'm grateful Midwest Magic Cleaning directed me to this channel. This was quite calming to watch and somehow affirming. Thank you for that.
Welcome babe!

I love your sense of humor...even when you don't feel good.
And while I would have had surgery regardless and lost that tube I would not have had all the trauma to my body from the blood loss and lose my ovary and severe damage to my abdominal sidewall from it literally exploding inside of me)
I ended up going back to work 2 days after my emergency surgery, again pushing myself and it took me twice as long to recover when I should have just taken that week off.
They have responsibilities daily through the week.(we don’t call them chores at our house because everyone has responsibilities in our household)
Then on the weekends they just do random things I need help with.
@@donnapardew5410 thank you Donna!

I didn’t add detergent. Just a rinse and a sterilize

I have heard of the 3 wave! I think I want to try it when I finally decide to tackle upstairs.

@@kathrynnesbeth5811 I don’t think so because I just had my annual labs run? I am taking liver pills now that I made and that would help with iron.
@@erint2419 thank you so much for the thoughtful advice!! I really appreciate it Erin!

Do what you can. I work from home and you think it's easier to keep things organized? Nope! You got this.
Good job!!

Have you been tested for fibromyagia I have suffered with this for many years and that's what it does
I’ve been floated that idea several times recently, which bums me out for sure. I do see my doctor in the 19th and I will ask about it.
You're not chronically lazy. Has your thyroid been tested? Antibodies as well. Not just a TSH test. Do you have any autoimmune diseases? I have alot of things and take alot of meds, so the way you describe your body pain and fatigue i was curious. You're doing great ❤
I’m going to ask my doctor about thyroid next week when I meet him/her. I want to get to the bottom of this! I’m hoping it’s just vitamin D

Hey you did great! I do not think you are lazy. I believe you get overwhelmed. For the island I suggest. You wipe down 1/4. Then slide everything to that side. Wipe down the rest of the island. It will look way better with limited work
@@racheldasilva9312 that’s a great suggestion Rachel! Thanks babe!
Hi, I’m new to your channel so maybe you know the root cause of your fatigue and aching but… has your doctor done a full blood panel?
We did do one and my vitamin D was super low. I'm working really hard on raising it up! Otherwise everything is looking fine.❤️
You may want to get your iron checked. I felt the same way and found out that I was severely anemic.
Thank you! I think it will!
