Email Hachette Partworks I'm sure they will send you the base out.as I had an issue before with missing parts and they sent them out to me free of charge.
This magazine has never made sense to me. Why make it when you're incapable of sorting distribution? I swear it exists just to he resold for just under the retail price of the models included.
