Dammit! How well does bono sing. He's 53 and definitely performs the best out of all singers today. There is literally no difference between this version and the Apple Music one. And that's Apple Music! The quality is supposed to be the best. He has a rare talent no other singer posses. No wonder U2 is the best!

Muse and Coldplay were great, but their prime was 10 years ago, now they're parody of themself... Unlike U2 which have always knew how to be fresher while keeping their own sound. Anyway it's the music industry wich have changed (with Internet, ect...), now we have a lot of great bands (from the 2000's for exemple theire is FOALS, Alt J, London Grammar...), but any of them can impact the mainstream scene with a whole new sound, and be as legendary as U2.
I don't understand what was so unjust about them injecting an album into people's ITUNE accounts... they're icons, they've earned every right to do as they please... if you don't want their album in your itunes account, then simply press the delete button... Trust me, your petty computer complaints will never hold water to the beauty U2 has brought to the world... we should be grateful. I'd like to know if one of these complainers haven't ever grooved out in the past to Sunday Bloody Sunday, or With or Without You, or New Years Day, or One, or Where The Streets Have No Name, or I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For.... Please... We should be grateful. Not to mention, all the charity work they've done.... PLEASE... bow down...
I couldn't agree more with this comment. There used to be a time when people had to pay for music and they didn't complain so much. I still remember going to the record store and buying Zooropa when it first came out, or getting Pop as a christmas present from a friend... I still have those albums and they are still two of my all time favorites, because they are timeless! Songs Of Innocence takes a while to get used to, but if you pay close attention to it, you can still hear that young band that began almost 40 years ago... yes, we should be grateful they are still making great music after so many years! cheers

Bono - he's a love hate thing with me but lately I'm enjoying a bit of a nostalgic U2 rediscovery He and Edge were great on the NPR Tiny Desk concerts recently which renewed my interest. I'm delighted to see Edge strumming the same model Tele as my own treasured '52 Hot Rod; it's a sweet guitar - that mini humbucker in the neck position is quite special.
thye sounds incredible, even the best they ever did - Yes here visually they don't seems to radiate joy. I suspect it's stuff outside the music that's weighing in here.
