    Firstly I love your content..
    Need a budget IEM recommendation,
    my requirements:
    1. best clear pleasant sounding but boosted bass (BUT DEFINITELY not like sony xb 55 that overpowers everything else)
    2. Tamed (as it hurts my ear), smooth but considerable treble.
    3. I do not listen to music with vocals, I listen ambient, chillout, synthwave, lounge without vocals, enigma (artist) etc. while work.
    4. More atmospheric ambient feeling while listening above genres.
Keep shining with the content. Love from India

      @HobbyTalk  ปีที่แล้ว +1

The QKZ x HBB is probably the right IEM for you, boosted bass, engaging, and if you don’t care about vocals this is real good… not aware of many bass boosted sets with tamed treble, this is really the only one I’ve tried like that. Thank you very much :) I appreciate the comment

good comparison man. can listen to more than 3 hours straight with qkz hbb and i stop coz i have to do somethin, not coz of sound that fatiguing. thats how smooth the treble. i agree with you, in bass boosted iem, usually they also dragged up the treble. but not with qkz hbb.

I know right?! What a set… finally some decent treble at $20 with bass

@@HobbyTalk yes again i agreed, the treble is decent, you still find little sparks in it, cymbal and percussion sound still decent not like dark dark if you know what i mean. haha.
this qkz hbb set can exist side by side with salnotes zero, they compliment each other. not like chu, tanya or other iem that chasing harman target, salnotes zero undisputedly the best in this price range, even arguably up to $40-50.

Did you actually noticed QKZ x HBB is using same driver as CRA they look same but they just change the filter in eartips and they sound different shell Box printing is all the same
KZ owns CCA TRN QKZ KSBEAR Theaudio SGOR 7hz
You might not agree with me but it's true 100% these are made in same factory
They only rebrand a single earphone each time and sell with different name
KZ uses paper or cloth filter there's no protection of Treble that's why they are sharp
QKZ x HBB might have used foam filter that's why it sounds so good
Like Sennheiser Sony audio technica uses foam filters in Thier Earphones
Even $7 Sennheiser CX 180 has best quality DD And best filter
Also the sound is much much better than any 7hz salnotes zero or QKZ x HBB or CRA
CX180 have much better sub bass than these much better mids and treble
You will be actually Surprised if you heard CX180
It has better Clarity and mids than 7hz zero and CX180 has better sub bass and treble than CRA
I'm just shocked 😂 I literally bought every budget iem hoping they will sound better and I will get a replacement
But no Cx180 sounds better than them all
There is no earphones that sounds as good as cx180 under $100 idk why

Hey sir, my Qkz x Hbb is almost here and I want to buy a better cable (for the look and durability) but that works for both Qkz Hbb and Salnotes Zero, like a TRN T2 16 core 0.78mm for example. But I'm afraid the 0.78mm will ruin or not fit well on the Qkz Hbb as it has this QDC 0.75mm connector I guess, cause I don't know exactly how it works with these different pin sizes. Can I stick the same 0.78mm pin cable into both Hbb and Zero without fear?
