Coast Guard Tech Talks: National Data Buoy Center

Ms. Elliott has worked for nearly 30 years at the U.S. National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) designing, coding, testing, and documenting software. The software she have written has run on large servers, desktops, and embedded systems. Her current primary job function focuses on managing and participating in projects that benefit the NDBC systems.
