    자세는 티라노범이네요 역시..
    티범님 영상 보면서 작년 목표했던 수치까지 올라왔는데 올해는 수치에 신경쓰기보다 저도 좀 더 자세에 200프로 집중해봐야겠습니다.

    저역시 장비충인데 어느정도 벗어나야할 거 같아요 이거 아니면 안될거 같애! 라는 생각이 큰데 낼부터 실험 좀 해봐야겠네요😂

      장비가 무조곤 잘못됐다는건 아닙니다~~~

      근데 많은 분들이 어떤 특정 장비가 없으면 운동을 못히시는분들이 있는것같더리구요...특히나 무게 디룰때 그런것같습니다!!
      올해도 회이팅입니다!!!😮

    최종본 자세는 흠 잡을데가 없네요
    운동 시작 초반 자세도 매우 훌륭하신데
    객관적으로 설명해주셔서 차이점이 이해가 가네요
    2022년도는 바벨을 좀 더 가까이 붙이신 것 같구요
    저도 요즘 상체 힘을 빼려고 더더욱 노력중인데 영상 참고하겠습니다!!
