FYI at 8:09 he mentions he wished they had web sign in, they do. On the screen at that time is an option to sign in from another device. that will prompt for web sign in!!!

Can I use this phone just as a voip phone and use the LCD touchscreen for phone lines etc, or does it only work with Teams?

Unfortunately they seem to have botched the wallmount. There is nothing to hold the handset on.
