I think it's not laziness, it's nervousness which breeds lack of confidence and players are too scared of making costly mistakes. One thing that Amorim is good at is making players feel at ease (I'm a Sporting fan) so while he may struggle with the intensity and quality of other Premier League teams, I believe he'll sort out the player's heads and get them on his side and start playing like a United team (pun intended)
