The reality is that nothing lasts forever, they will still be good but the dominance of winning 5 leagues out of 6 in the next 6 seasons is over. I have never seen an injury of a single player had so much impact on a team like Rodri. I have been saying it for a while that City can miss Haaland, Foden, Bernardo and De Bruyne and still win games, but without Rodri every team has a chance to win against them. This is the reason I said Foden was given and award that only Rodri deserved.
@@abumansaray7 Spain never relied on Rodri like City has. In the WC he didn't even play as def midfielder but as a center back. Which btw was a big mistake by Luis Enrique imo, as he was clearly better than Busquets at that point. Still he was pretty good as center back, but not world class as he would have been in his natural position
That's because Defensive players are always overlooked.. Sadly. It's the work of CDMs that allow the attackers to florish... They are the link between the two parts of a team (Defence and Midfield)
how Grealish gets off from being criticized for being an absolute cash waste for City amazes me. Antony was just as pricey and yet you won't hear the end of it. I'd argue they're both equally useless english media bias, maybe?
Pep has turned Grealish into a zombie on the left touchline. At Villa he was a creative inside forward given licence to do his thing. Pep has lobotomised him?
Levels bt Klopp and Pep: Klopp Never lost 5 in a row when he had Nat Phillips in for VVD. Pep too used to getting his way, needs to adapt bc city have been found out.
Timo Werner is a pacey winger. He's been outpacing opposition players on the left side in almost every game he plays. Why is it surprising that he outpaced a tired Walker?
@Aarifmalik1970 Because people don’t actually realize Werner has been clocked as the 3rd fastest player in the entire Premier League. Walker, despite losing a yard, is still faster than 99% of players in the league. I think he underestimated how fast Werner actually is. If you go back and watch the play he deliberately gave Werner the angle to try and run past him. Walker has done that for many years to bait wingers into trying to run past him. But he got caught doing it against the wrong player.
Ange has maybe figured out he has to change personal based on the game. Kulu playing out wide means Sarr and Bissouma can then play together, It offers more energy and support for the CBs . Kulu has better end product that Johnson so getting the ball to him quick out wide means he would be one on one with the a defender, Kulu can also drift inside if needed. Maybe Ange will use this same line up next weekend. Also think Radu should start even if Romero is fit Radu and Davis seem to have a good link between them.
I don't think is City the problem is Tottenham who is getting more mature... Son is getting older but his passes are master peace, his vibe is integrating the players, coach and Levy... they are enjoying playing together... City defenders were covering Son as expected but it created open spaces for the other players because Tottenham is not a Kane's team anymore... everyone is allowed to shoot... Son is their Star player and he is assisting more than shooting... is hard to deffend if you don't know who will do the shoots...

The season where Liverpool started focussed, weren't gun ho, controlled games then looked up in January and started to believe. If LFC beat Southampton and City next week ill fully argee with your statement.
I never knew Kulesevski was this unplayable. Wow, City goes zone on him, but he just wiggles through them like it’s a lie. If Tottenham can defend like this against all teams, they will be close to unbeatable.
He reminded me of Deco, a tricky player. Still far away from the legend of Deco himself, but he can gradually grow up and reach that height because he's injury resistant.
That’s the issue with timo. Shaka saying he just ran past walker…… that in itself is a skill. It’s called being effective . It’s all he does. Simple movements but faster and quicker . He’s had the same style for all this while. It just takes a special eye to see this type of players because he also doesn’t make a lot of noise so people don’t give him due credit sometimes
There is a moment in the match when Kulisevski and Foden compete for the ball. Kulisevsku turns him and shrugs him off like snow Kulisevski sprints away and Foden makes no attempt to chase and win the ball back. That says a lot about what is wrong.with MC.

The end is very far from the end.Pep and his team will bounce back
As much as it is logical to expect them to bounce back because of the quality of players and coaching to say the dynasty is far from being over is fantasy. The reality is that nothing lasts forever, they will still be good but the dominance of winning 5 leagues out of 6 in the next 6 seasons is over. They will be competing but goodbyes to the streaks ... Chelsea , Liverpool and now UTD will be improving and City cannot not outdo their past 6 seasons , anything less than that will be a decline. For the citizens they will be measured by their standards, which have been very high.

@@isthatmysatay spot the gooner
The Manchester City players played the first ten minutes and then turned into broken robots. They did not have any solutions to the movements of the Tottenham players. This can be considered the best balanced match for the Tottenham team under the management of Ange
This is not just about Rodri. Spain is doing fine without him.
@@abumansaray7Spain have many players similar to Rodri’s profile, Man City don’t have.
Yes Rodri who dictate their games is out this season which is a big problem for city
Ten Hag was right, eras come to an end. But it wasn’t because of him.

how Grealish gets off from being criticized for being an absolute cash waste for City amazes me. Antony was just as pricey and yet you won't hear the end of it.
I'd argue they're both equally useless
english media bias, maybe?
Very bais
Anthony is far more waste tho, because Grealish atleast make those English player quota.
Hint.
Which one does the HELICOPTER
One is English and the other one is not. English media, what do you expect?
Pep has turned Grealish into a zombie on the left touchline. At Villa he was a creative inside forward given licence to do his thing. Pep has lobotomised him?
The ship has really hit the iceberg

Kulusevski was of course the man of the match even as Madison scored two goals
Timo Werner is a pacey winger. He's been outpacing opposition players on the left side in almost every game he plays. Why is it surprising that he outpaced a tired Walker?
@Aarifmalik1970
Because people don’t actually realize Werner has been clocked as the 3rd fastest player in the entire Premier League.
Let us stop pretending Rodri being out is the only problem for City.
GREAT TO SEE FRANK DRESSED IN HIS FULL ‘COMMANDER BOND’ COSTUME
Ange has maybe figured out he has to change personal based on the game. Kulu playing out wide means Sarr and Bissouma can then play together, It offers more energy and support for the CBs . Kulu has better end product that Johnson so getting the ball to him quick out wide means he would be one on one with the a defender, Kulu can also drift inside if needed. Maybe Ange will use this same line up next weekend. Also think Radu should start even if Romero is fit Radu and Davis seem to have a good link between them.
Ange: I usually win something in my second season.
Yeah. Anw, here’s my prediction. I got it 100% last season.

Ben Davies had the measure of Kyle Walker and coming back from an international match.
Tottenham is absolutely brilliant!! Jame Maddison finishing is prefect

Kulusevski plays central for Sweden as well and definitely plays his best football there.
Spurs were made to watch Rodri’s Ballon d'Or presentation before the match and they took it personally.
Rodri is the reason Man City seem unbeatable. He's just that good.

Wow are they choking on giving some credit to Spurs for a one sided victory.

Pep trying to muster up little spittles for 90 mins really winds me up for some reason so watching that beating today was marvelous.
9 loses in a row and conceded 40 goals.
Madders has been playing well all season
The Irony of Pep calling Spurs the Harry Kane team as an insult insinuating they were a one player team and now City are the Rodri team!
Ancelloti looses 2 matches,ESPN: sack him,
Pep looses 5 in a row,ESPN: should we be worried 😅
The way craig doubt city this first round will disgust him in the second 😂
Maybe there were two elephants in the room all along Rodri & J. Alvarez
Peps never had it tough, who has managed that wasn't already thriving.
Rodri value just went up even though he got injured 😂
Title race is gone. No team can win anything with Gundogan and Lewis in midfield. Just not possible.
There is a moment in the match when Kulisevski and Foden compete for the ball.
Kulisevsku turns him and shrugs him off like snow
Kulisevski sprints away and Foden makes no attempt to chase and win the ball back.
That says a lot about what is wrong.with MC.
