The higher courts just don't care about average people we can't afford to give them gifts which I assume is a part of there pay. I wish someone would pay for all my vacations. Judge Thomas said he was going to leave until he started receiving money from the lobbiest he said he didn't make enough money for his work. The whole supreme court must have a hard time keeping trump out of court. That makes all the other courts useless.

He had every right to speak in his own defense, under oath. He did not exercise that right. What he wasn’t allowed to do was intimidate the witnesses or jurors.
He never intimidated anyone, they placed the gag order on him because they didn't want Trump to defend himself outside of the court room.

I'm pretty shocked that the identity of jurors is not automatically protected at all times in any trial. I can't see any just reason why the identity of any juror should be made public.

The Adderall Avatar HAS to...HE JUST HAS TO do some time inside a correctional institution (even though the charges are state charges I think the Secret Service will be better able to consult with the federal prison system...so send him to a fed reception prison for the normal time a prisoner would do at a reception prison...I think that will scare him)
Edit: The normal time is about 90 days for a non-violent offender

Michael Cohen summed it up perfectly. Earlier, he stated that there was nothing more or worse that Trump could say about him; he's already done whatever damage he could. The gag order may as well not exist if breaching it carries no consequences.
He broke the gag order 10 times and now the judge just removes it??? This makes no sense. The judge is being soft on crime. Normally people dont get a month of freedom before sentencing, you normally get sentenced immediately. He gets a free month and then gets the gag order removed early. This special treatment makes no sense.
I have lots of court cam videos. People often have to return for sentencing. A month does not seem that unusual. Don’t get the wrong idea. I would prefer sentencing on conviction. But it does not appear to be the way it works.
