Knowles Road Water Tower Time-lapse

The Knowles Road Water Tower #5 will soon be coming online to provide additional pressure and capacity to western Gurnee (north of Washington, west of Hunt Club). To highlight the construction process of the water tower, we placed a time-lapse camera near the base of the tower to track construction from March 2019 through July 2020.
