I like how you actually pronounced Camus's name correctly. I remember many people, myself included, were surprised about that when it was revealed in FE Heroes.
Fun fact; Camus later reappeared in Fire Emblem Gaiden and it's remake, Echoes: Shadows of Valentia as an amnesiac named Zeke. When he regains his memories, he travels back to Archanea as the masked man Sirius in New Mystery of the Emblem and it's DS remake Fun Fact 2; Marth's original design (Costume 8) was retconned in Fire Emblem Heroes to be what he wore as a child! The same happened for Caeda, Minerva, Merric, and the Whitewing Sisters, Palla, Catria, and Est
@@GamerFunOriginallyAarush- Fire Emblem definitely won't have as many fans as it does today. A lot of the reason why some of the US population gets into Fire Emblem is because they want to know more about the characters and where they came from. Like I did with Ike and Marth in Brawl.
The Red and Green alts could also be a reference to Cain and Abel from Marth’s games, whom also started the “red and green duo” character archetype seen throughout the series.
@@cspcchcody He was referring to enemy and allied unit colors, which changes depending on if you can recruit them to your army or not. @@KareemHillJr idk. In my head it goes like, "he got married to Caeda, so the wedding idea makes complete sense!" Haha it makes more sense for it to be Leif, but I guess without the ~ *🌟shoulderpads🌟* ~ Leif has, I forget about it
Green isn’t used for allied units in Fire Emblem. It’s used for neutral units. Your allies are all blue in color. Neutral units, as the name implies, don’t fight enemies (red) or teammates (blue) but most of the time can be talked to in order to recruit them.
I don’t know if anyone has said this yet, but the yellow costume also resembles one of the outfits Marth has in Fire Emblem: Heroes (“Prince of Light” Marth.) The costume in that game was meant to resemble (or if it wasn’t, it still does resemble) King Anri, Marth’s Great-Granduncle that originally defeated the main villain of the first game.
@@tasty_ham Anri existed, but Marth's costume based on him is still after his alt in Smash, and there's no official documentation that states the costume in Smash is based on Anri. Red is also a very popular and common color. Plus there's only ever been one official art of Anri plus two back shots from the remake I'm aware of.
Three Houses is my recommendation for first game. Its easy to get your hands on, has a great story, and great game play with a reasonable learning curve.
I’d recommend Awakening if you can get your hands on it, it’s a 3ds game so it can be kinda difficult to get. Or for an easier game to get I recommend the Blazing Blade which is the game you can play through the Nintendo Switch Online GBA game catalog From there you can go for the games actually on the switch, being 3 houses or engage. 3 houses has the better story but engage has the better gameplay. I don’t recommend starting with either of these though
The modern games after Awakening are more forgiving and have a lot of difficulty options to choose from. Personally I really liked Fates and my first one was Conquest.
Awakening, Three Houses, or the one on GBA just called “Fire Emblem” are all good picks. First two have casual modes that turn Permadeath off (with Awakening in particular being designed to ease newcomers in), and FE GBA is probably the most traditional Fire Emblem game (with all official re-releases of it also coming on emulators with save states)
The gold costume could be a reference to Anri, the founder of Marth's kingdom. His brave alt in fire emblem heroes has a similar color scheme but reversed.
Ky would the that enemy general that gets recruited by a random unit in your army then carries the rest of the game so fans remember him as being cooler and more close with Marth than he actually was
the more saturated blue costume also resembles his previous design from Smash Melee and Brawl
Marth reserves the pantsless outfit for Caeda nowadays.
LOL

Ill be real and say the Leif reference was done better in Melee. The costume nowadays lacks the lavender/purple Leif has.
I've never heard of the game title "Fire Emblem: Thracia 776" before, all I can say is that they had 418 more Thracias than Kingdom Hearts has days/2.
if you or a loved one has had adverse health effects from Thracia exposure over the last 358/2 days, you may be entitled to financial compensation.
Unless you're one of those toxic smash fans who seethes at the sight of fire emblem, play it. It's awesome.

Who agreed that white Marth is his best costume?
I love how Marth Russia's hair to the side when he says "they made sure he put some pants on this time" it makes it look like he's saying "ugh, pants"
I'm really glad that they kept the yellow outfit despite Roy being part of the roster in ultimate.
I thought the Leif costume was supposed to be a nod to his wedding armour in FeH
