I do cucumber strips, carrot strips, chopped mushrooms, avocado strips, green onion spears and then dip in soy sauce, sesame oil, gochugaru, minced garlic mixture. I've done your chickpea "tuna" too. Also use it for making onigiri too! Yum!!

I like using store bought smoked tofu. I just love the flavor and the texture of it. But I was literally sitting on my couch eating a chickpea tun salad sandwich, it was so ironic! 😂❤
Thanks so much for another great video. I didn't know what to make but this gave me a great idea. I made it with what I had in the fridge and it was delicious. And yes, a rice cooker. Mines from Japan, but really, how do people live without them!
