Being in servance to others, be it humans or animals, gives our life a purpose and makes us happy. It's that simple. I am so happy to hear your words, Maharishikaa, as it was something i always felt deep inside me. But because of all the "enlightened" people out there who make youtube videos about their practices and give advice on how to achieve it, i got side tracked. I tried to achieve what they achieved, thinking this is what i have to do to feel complete. I now realize, listening to your videos, that i instinctively knew what is the best way for me to live my life and that i already found myself complete. Now, you took basically the pressure away from me to do something that went against my instinct. I believe, instinct is what your soul tells you is the right thing to do. I sincerely thank you for that.
You are bang on Maharishika ji, I have come upon this state, by the grace of external masters ,then connecting with the inner master, antaratma, soul call what you will.This life is full of freedom love joy wisdom and surrender without any regret guilt anxiety..The most important thing is to know that the mind is programmed, and identified with the body and thoughts and considers it as the Self which is the ego.ACTUALLY WE ARE THE INTELLIGENCE which is liberated from the sense of personsl self or ego, functioning through the body mind,maintaining its health and acting for universal well being naturally and effortlessly

I loved this video ,it explains so much ,I will have to listen again. I see it simply as going in and coming out ,over and over until one is able to be in and move out without leaving being in. Have I understood correctly?
Maestra, it was mentioned to tune into soul then give that to the seeker in their pain. The experience in this body is that the sensation experienced when all chakras are engaged is sort of a tuning inward of the same physical vibrations experienced when the chakras are "sung" ( vum, rum, om etc). Could teaching others to activate and locate these areas in their bodies through singing be a wise tool? Namskar Maestra
I'm curious, I find it challenging to connect with the word, "soul". I have a beautiful, real, Buddhist monk teacher. He talks about the Citta. Can this be the same thing?
I believe I'm tuning in with the soul when I am fully present, I can feel the joy of being and I am in a state of trust with the universe. Somehow this message from Maharishikaa really resonates although at start the terms were a bit strange for me.. but I don't believe enlightment is necessary, we are here to live this experience in this body
Fortunately, the time for Enlightenment is not over, thank God! There are many levels and kinds of it. Self realization, meaning the cognition and becoming consciously awake to your Higher Self, which is in touch with the Godhead, is enlightenment.
I think that’s what The Maharishikaa is also saying. Only, that one can circumvent or rather skip the first part about pushing the awareness out of the system into cosmic states. This is what The Maharishikaa refers to as the classical meaning of enlightenment. It’s a great experience while it lasts, but eventually all must return to the body, including the great masters, to do whatever they were meant to do on this planet. What the Maharishikaa is saying is that eventually, Self realisation happens when one is in the body and fully present (preferably in every moment) and in the sadhana of experiencing the Soul (or the higher self as you call it) and surrendering to it’s impulses so that you function from the Truth in each moment and reduce the suffering and increase the joy in your life. I am little confused.. I am my ‘Name’ from my ‘mother name’ born in ‘birth city’ thats all. Brilliant! What I dont understand. Why she is Maharishika but not her real name.. I love her teachings but the name Maharishika ?? if she gave herself the name ? Thats ego no?
Vedanta is the end of all knowledge and that knowledge is self-knowledge that "I am limitless awareness, partless, whole and complete. 'sat-chit-ananda". There is nothing wrong with me because my beingness/isness/existence is 'changeless, limitless awareness'. All suffering is thought based because every thought/emotion is supperimposed on my awareness and I mistake my thoughts/emotions to be me when my true nature is awareness which cannot be modified or changed by thoughts/emotions. The only apparent problem we have is one of self-ignorance about our true IDENTITY because we DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DISCRIMINATE the objects appearing in awareness (myself)..remove the ignorance of your true nature and you will discover that you are already whole and complete as awareness. This is not an experiential problem- it is a knowledge (understanding) problem that can only be solved by removing the ignorance we have of ourselves.

Surrender is to connect to the higher self. It is often used by traditional religion telling us to pray to heaven.
